Mi rotel is always great

The staff was very friendly both checking in and checking out. Property was clean. Breakfast was decent. The room said non-smoking, however it had a smoke smell to it.

The staff was super helpful. They answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I had a successful stay. 10/10 would stay here again!

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay- the room was clean, contemporary and comfortable. The shower could use a little more oomph. Breakfast was great- anything you could want, Waffles, french toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, bagels oatmeal, apple and orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.....All the staff we encountered from check in to check out were fantastic!

Honestly, some folks may not mind some of the things that I personally disliked here. I’m writing this review because I think it’s important there be a genuine discussion around what the property is actually like. First off, the gentleman who welcomed me at the front desk was very kind and personable, I want to make that clear. However, unfortunately, the property was dirty, dingy, and reminded me of a low-quality motel. Again, some folks don’t mind these things so hoping not to offend here. Just want other travelers to know what to expect. The nightly rate almost reflects the quality but in my opinion it should be cheaper. There are many options nearby for overnight stays so unless you can’t find anything cheaper and you’re strapped for cash, I’d stay elsewhere.

Great place to stay. Everytime I visit, I stay here. This location is clean and very convenient. I love the staff and the breakfast in the morning. I will continue staying here. I strongly recommend

The mattress in room 204 needs to be replaced. It is sagging in the middle otherwise nice stay. We have stayed there many times.

Tried the hair dryer. No air blew out. It got super hot and glowed red. Smelled like an electrical fire. Told front desk staff member who was in a room behind the front desk. He didn’t even get up to greet me. Said he didn’t t have replacements and didn’t even know they had hair dryers.

all of our needs were met. I thougt it was a real value for the cost. I would/will definitly recommend to others/
