チェックイン時刻になっても清掃が終わっておらず、待たされた。 コネクティングルームは隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえなので耳栓持参をおすすめします。 エレベーター内でカードキーをタッチしないとエレベーターが動かないがその説明がなかったため、エレベーターが壊れていると思った老夫婦がいたので、説明をしてあげた 全体的に清潔感がなく、エレベーター内もゴミが散乱していた。これがメルキュールかとがっかりした。もう泊まることはないと思います

I am very very disappointed to the mercureinvernes hotel for me, I feeling like I have been cheated by this hotel, they had arranged me a small and dark room, which is not I booked for original one. I serous complaint on this situation. I paid a big room but they put me in a small room, they put a nice room image for marketing for cheating only. Too bad they can’t offer me cancel the room and payment. Too bad … My booking Identifier details :- *****************

Loved this hotel , right in the middle of Inverness with lots of pubs and restaurants round about . Also close to train station. View of the river was great ! We had a privilege room and it was fab .

Upon my arrival, the reception told me that because of the system problem and they cannot contact us, there was no room provided on their hotel and asked us to walked to another hotel by ourselves which they said was similar grading and only 5 to 10 minutes walk. Actually I received email from trip.com two days beforehand and no message was received regarding the arrangement. I was dissatisfied and eventually the reception said they would arranged a free taxi for us as we had two heavy luggages and bags with us. As such, I did not live in this hotel and was arranged to another hotel with an assessbility room provided. The whole encounter was very unpleasant.

Nice hotel near the train station. Room was spacious but lack of plugs was a pain. Good breakfast and restaurant has a nice view over the river.

Only had the Burger and a Beer deal great value for money the burger was excellent.Staff were friendly and efficient and Bar prices were reasonable we will be back

Everything was great until we realised our room was only in 2nd floor and right across a pub, on a Saturday night. The music was so loud and we couldn’t sleep at all.

The compact room I stayed in was lovely. Comfortable, clean and warm. The staff is attentive and informative. The location is outstanding as everything is within a walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by coffee shops, bars, restaurants and grocery shops. Next year I would definitely stay here again.

A very well situated hotel right in the centre of Inverness and just a few minutes walk from the central train station. Surrounding the hotel are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops which is great and you’re also very close to the bus station for taking trips out of town. The room was basic and a little bit tired (some dents and scratches, frayed carpet) but otherwise was clean and tastefully decorated with basic amenities like a kettle, hair dryer, tea bags, a large TV, so on. We were facing the main road so on Saturday evening it was quite loud but the reception desk provided us with ear plugs upon request which were more than adequate. We would come back to this hotel again next time we’re in Inverness.

Amazing hotel, with beautiful river views. They have parking at 10-12 pounds per day.

Good Location and also have parking lot which suitable for our road trip. This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Inverness, right in the city centre. It's incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep and the beautiful River Ness is just across the road.

Do NOT accept a room facing union street ie main entrance. There are nightclubs and fast food places. The noise until 0300 is unbelievable. Especially friday and saturday. Go riverside ONLY

Really good experience, the room is clean, and my girlfriend had a great birthday night!
