The bed was very hard, people in the next room had kids raising cane, up and down the hall. Slamming doors, until 2:00 am. Breakfast Bar was not good to say the least. I dont drink coffee, but my wife does, and is not picky, but she said it was not fresh or good. will not stay there again.

The property was easy to get in and out of the lobby was very welcoming. The noise level at night was very loud. You could hear right through the walls.

The room and entire facility was exceptionally clean. Because I have many allergies, the heavy scent throughout the facility was very bothersome. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Rough around the edges, bathroom was grody, and to top it off, there was no hot water. Would only stay here again if there was absolutely nothing available and only for one night.

The room was ok. However it was not clean: the floor was sticky and there was some hair in the bath. It would nice to have the breakfast starting at 6:30 rather then 7:00 since Crystal River activity tours begin at 7:00

Nice pool, but the hotel had an odor of carpet fresh that burned my eyes and gave me a cough.

I am glad my stay was a short one of one night only. The choice system was down so when we arrived to check in the front desk was not able to check us in with a reservation we made. She had no idea when the system would be back up or even if would be later. Maybe we needed to find another place to stay?? I left my phone number and several hours later the front desk called back to state the system was back up did we want to check in. We could not find another place to stay so we accepted it was only one night. The room smelled musty, the bathroom shower had mold on the walls. We were glad to see clean towels, get hot water and clean sheets on the bed. The breakfast was gross. The coffee is watered down, there is not enough seating for people to sit down and eat and the was not enough condiments, syrup, or cold items to drink. If you are going to offer a breakfast do it right. We tried to eat breakfast early to avoid a crowd. The garbage was full and not emptied. The lobby bathroom looked like it hasn't been clean in a while and not kept up at all. I can't say I will stay here ever again. The snack in the vending machine I purchased was expired. This place needs to really get it's act together and is poorly maintained.

The only issue we had was the water in the shower was not consistent, would have it adjusted then all of a sudden it is really hot or really cold.

Clean and comfortable Hotel with a great price. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Excellent location
