Raya festival.room big.aircord ok but 1 of the light need to be change..overall hotel ok,cleanliness good already repet2 times

The hotel is ok and clean. However, the toilet bowl needs cleaning as there are stains. Same goes to the pillow and pillow case. It looks old and yellow in color.

The room air-conditioning was terrible. Requested to change rooms and yet the air-conditioning was not cold enough compared to previous times staying there. Seems like management need to fix the air-conditioning in the room or change the whole unit.

Better service at the hotel plus the receptionist is very knowledgeable .

Very spacious room and bathroom for the suite. Just that you have to share clothes iron at the common area.

Used to stay here before covid as its new to family home. We come during cny. Can't expect much from the charges for the rooms but many areas start to run down and would require maintenance. Overall is still an ok experience.

Few times staying in this hotel as it’s near to my relative house. Location is quiet and easy to access to town. There are supermarket, seven eleven and mamak stall during the night. Parking is available if you’re driving. The room is clean (dust free) but there are stains in bathroom and mattress. Didn’t take photos of the room , overall look quite the same as the pictures in their webpage.

Good hotel value for money. Family likes to stay there annually. It is close to the local activities

The room is so shallow that you can hear every single noise from outside!! It’s horrible that way through midnight the hotels allows Mat Rempits to ram their motorcycles!!! The bathroom had a lingering stench!! The bedsheets and pillowcases look and feel dirty! What’s worse the room has no fridge and they leave 2 huge coffee mugs but no kettle or instant coffee to make any!!! This place seems more like an overnight hostel rather than a hotel!!! I will never come back here to stay ever !!!
