The hotel room is clean but has mosquitoes. Have provide toothbrushes The basement parking is limited and the entrance is small so large vehicles need to be careful. The hairdryer is in the room and the air conditioning is slow and cold. If you check in in the afternoon the room will be very hot. The soundproofing is poor and if your room is near the road with windows you can hear the noise.

Car park location is not suitable for big cars, the entrance is too narrow. The aircond is faulty, get to the changed room after complaints. Overall is ok.

The Location is really Strategy to reach Shopping Mall and Street Food Easily. Plenty of Breakfast choice surrounding ... Please request for quite room in case you are light sleeper.

Average stay. The room condition and overall environment were below expectations, and the comfort level could be improved. Staff were friendly, but better maintenance and cleanliness would enhance the overall experience.

Close and good location will recommend to my friend when they have plans yo ipoh

I was charged 13 ringgit instead of 3, for additional taxes on checking in.

Location within 10mins walking distance to tourist spots. Shower water was good enough. Cleanliness needs to be much improved. The bed sheet and blanket were not cleaned and stained. The screen of the television was broken. Roadside parking space was very limited, although a covered “parking garage”provided, the scary and steep narrow entrance need to have a very skilful driving techniques required.

Location is not good, no convenient store nearby Room is quite large but outside is so noisy all night

Well located place. Great for short visit.. very safe for motorcycle overnight parking in their basement as there's security guard overnight to take care of the vehicles there..
