teribble bed sheet, too old

Aircond is cold enough..but the heater not function.no hot water.

I fully understood it’s a budget hotel, but some simple amenities should be working and maintain. During our stay, the TV doesn’t work, WiFi also not working! No toilet paper and water heater also not working. Besides that, when check in to the room, the toilet flush was leaking seriously and I have to fix it myself as there is no one to fix the problem and that was the last room they have for a family. Other than that, we also killed 2 small cockroaches!

Bad experience with the front desk receptionist. Repeatedly saying they didnt receive our booking with unpleasant way of speaking and gesture. Already show him the booking confirmation, invoice and so on but the way he speaking like 'if your booking is not in our system then what can i do?' and end up our booking is not shown because he mistakenly select the wrong date in his system. Very much disappointed.
