I reserved a room on December 5th, 2023 for two nights. 1 hour later, Lufthansa cancelled all flights, and I had to reschedule. The hotel says they cannot accommodate the new nights beginning December 9th, and they are charging me 80% cancellation fee. This is extremely unfair! I am sure the hotel is fine, but stay there at your own peril.

Polite and helpful staff, good rooms (great balcony!), ski/boot locker room, perfect location - very close to the A2 lift and a short walk to the centre of Ischgl. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. Breakfast was nice, a decent buffet on offer; no complaints from us. We didn’t dine in the restaurant in the evening, only because we chose to explore the town - however most ‘restaurants’ in Ischgl are in other hotels anyway. You can’t go wrong with this hotel for a stay in Ischgl.
