We had an amazing stay in the second week of April '24. Location is perfect in the center of the town close to the gondola. The half board option was great with large variety in the daily dinner menu which equals fine dining experience. A big plus is the wellness spa and indoor swimming pool. The hotel service is impeccable: reception welcome, car valet parking, spa massage booking, room cleaning. This was our third time staying at the hotel and you don't get better hotel quality & convenience in Ischgl.

One of the best hotel we ever stayed in! The staff are the warmest and kindest I ever seen, always going out of their ways to help - and I mean it literally - whenever we asked where something was or needed help with something in the room, they walked with us the entire way, always with a smile, even if it was in the other side of the hotel, and made sure we got all the help we needed (and more) really amazing! thank you all! The staff at the breakfast/dinner restaurants were also amazing - all the waiters (just to mention a few - Richard and Umberto) were very kind, explaining the dishes and always checking if we need anything The food is amazing - both the breakfast and the dinner - very high quality and variety The hotel is beautifully decorated, with great attention to details It has all the amenities needed for a perfect ski vacation - located right across the Silvretta lift The spa and the outside pool are great (although it could be a little hotter I believe)

Stayed here for 8 nights, lovely hotel in a great location for the cable car up the mountain and village. The hotel itself was lovely, but a confusing layout. We had booked an alpine room for the space and view on a higher floor, but requested to be not near the nightclub, and after a couple of days we realised we had been downgrade to a Silvretta Room. The room we were given was above the front door, facing another hotel with no view. Yes, the room was away from the nightclub but we paid a higher price category room to be assigned a significantly lower category room. We did ask the hotel about it and they stated they were trying to accommodate our request, but would not acknowledge that we were downgraded. The difference in room categories would have been about 1500 EURO, so not insignificant ! The breakfast was nice in the morning, but again confusing layout, you had to walk through a tunnel to get to a neighboring resort for breakfast which I found extremely unusual. On a positive note, had dinner in the restaurant the first night and had the Schnitzel and it was AMAZING, along with great service. I would return to Ischgl as the skiing was great, but I don't think I would return to Silvretta Hotel as we are still quite disappointed in the room situation.

The Silvretta is a wonderful hotel; very clean and cozy, we experienced the most excellent service, very elegant and tasty food, it has a beautiful spa and a top location. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Silvretta hotel and would very much like to stay there again.

We were with our 10 months old baby boy, everything was arrange incredible for us. I m with back problems , and i can tell , beds were very comfortable , We were on HB , everything was organized incredible . . The location is perfect . The staff made our stay very happy and we had excellent holiday ! ,

Very nice,luxurious and cozy family hotel with top services,kind staff. Delicious food,top wellness,everything was well equipped. Good location a few meters from cable car,just in the centre of Ischgl.

We stayed in the most luxurious suite (Suite 14) of the hotel which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The overal apartment looks really great. We stayed in the hotel on a HB basis. First impression of the hotel at arrival was ok. We had already gathered our luggage from our car. I did notice that there wasn't a concierge at the reception which I would expect for a 5-star hotel. We carried our luggage to our suite. The suite looked wonderful. What we did miss and was noticeable compared with friends who stayed in a 4-star hotel nearby, that we only had douche gel. No shampoo or conditioner whereas the 4-star hotel offered a full Rituals line of bathing products. We ended up buying shampoo/ conditioner in the local super market. What really put us off though and wasn't solved during our 4 day stay was the noisiness caused by hotel staff. One of the 3 bedrooms is located rights underneath a room used by the kitchen/ cleaning ladies. As these floors all have tiles, we were woking up at 05:15 when the kitchen started to prepare for the breakfast. The second morning they awake us around 05:40. I filed a complaint at the reception that same day. The would speak with housekeeping/ kitchen staff to limit the noise. On the 3rd day, this worked until 08:30 after which the came back with full force. On the day of departure we were woken up around 05:30. At the check out they did offer a free night if we would come back in the Summer. When I came home I read the fine print which stated that this offer was only valid if we would book 4 nights. When I go on holiday and pay more than EUR 2400 per night I expect nothing but perfection. This holiday ruined my wife and my sleep and we were exhausted when we returned home. What the hotel should have offered was a steep discount on the final bill. My son had forgotten his Christmas gift in one of the bathrooms (expensive parfum)...unfortunately when we contacted the hotel the told us that housekeeping had been unable to find it.... I wouldn't stay here again for obvious reasons. I have never stayed in a 5-star hotel before where my sleep has been ruined so bad. I also find it unacceptable that management didn't contact us. We were only informed by a receptionist who had no authority to make any type of decision.

Just check-out of this hotel. First of all, it is a 5 star hotel, that has the name but not the proper stars. We have travelled with our daughter, and they gave us a room, small, without a door to the bathroom! How come there can be such rooms in a 5s hotel? Second, the noise! It is the worst hotel with the most noise outside the street until late in the morning, and I am not kidding. It was very hard to get asleep after a hard skiing day! The bathroom has just a shower gel that includes both the shampoo and gel, how come? I have to always ask for refill. The food, well those who practice 5s hotels know that the food should be excellent or at least very good. Here, the food was tasteless and not delicious. Also, one more thing to point out: the smell from the restaurant in the whole hotel, and in the room. This is definitely not a 5star hotel, I will never be here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not cheap, and doesn't worth the money at all. You can stay in a 4s hotel and be more spoiled and sleep without noise. Always pay attention to reviews, because I had no doubt that it could have been such a bad experience! The positive moment is the location and the spa that has always saved our mood and time.

The position of the hotel is fantastic! Near the cable and in the center of Ischgl. The room was nice , big and comfortable ! The dinner was great , food and service . The SPA was good! But…… The night room services , a joke. Two women at the door giving you bonbons ! The breakfast very poor( big change regarding what we got two ears ago! And the worse thing was that the staff was using the elevators during the breakfast , with the trolleys , and often we have to wait long , or use the stairs !
