Skulls Landing is a place where you want to stay to feel relaxed and welcomed. Julio and staff or nothing short of exceptional. The food and drinks were amazing! Can’t wait to go back !!!

The room was clean and nice. Good water pressure for showering. There was a refrigerator and coffee pot, which was great. Julio basically ran everything and was excellent!! We will definitely stay here again!

A bit noisy with rooms between the road and the bar. Rooms were nice but not cleaned during our 3 night stay. Very good food in the bar. Breakfast not available. Ok for a couple of nights for discover the island.

LOVE this place! Excellent staff! Penny, Julio, Luis, Jose and Nora are all perfect! Great price, close to everything! Bring earplugs, that’s the only downside ) the street noise), but as a not being able to sleep on a regular basis type of person, the ear plugs kept me asleep all night!

The bar was a friendly atmosphere and cold beer and the food they served was good too.

Some of the photos are of a completely different hotel. Skulls Landing was very aware of this of this and was not even remotely apologetic about it. We did not stay.

good location but you need a golf cart to truly enjoy the island.

Very Good overall - Depending who's heading up the bar that night (And hopefully not "CASH" ever again!! also left a 13% tip and got a dirty look and not even a Thank you) Bar and food service was very disappointing / bartender was more interested in eating while talking to his friends rather than serve drinks. Live Music at night was outstanding. Some photo's are of the other resort they own, which is just a 10 min taxi ride south - pools,beach,water sports (No Charge) Swim up bar , live music and a outstanding resturant and food.. also great breakfast.. Kin Ha Beach Club / Resturant- Ask for your discount from staying at Skulls Landing (Should be Happy Hour Prices)

Great location for what we needed in access to the island. Room was clean and comfortable and check in went smooth. Pictures they use of the beach are from their other property that you do have access to but need to drive there. Bar and food service was very disappointing as the hamburger tasted more like an Italian meatball, and the bartender was more interested in eating while talking to his friends rather than serve drinks. When he did serve the drinks, they were atrocious tasting. Overall for what we needed it served its purpose as we were in the ocean most of the time and just needed to be there to sleep. If you are looking a home base while you are on the island, this may be fine, but if you are looking for a resort, look at their other property or elsewhere.
