酒店有美麗的海灘、泳池、戲水池。大海非常漂亮。我們的房間可以看到大海。酒店的自助餐品種繁多、品質好。有5個可以選擇的餐廳，提前預訂就可以了。度假村內到處是餐廳、餐車、酒吧。活動也非常豐富，晚上有幾場演出。還組織客人們活動。

We had a great stay. The resort is the perfect size, not too big, not too small. Would definitely come back.

This was our family’s 3rd time in Mexico over the past year, staying at all different resorts and this was our worst stay. checked in by Jovany who was irritable and didn’t answer any of our questions. He insisted on going thru his spiel as he rolled his eyes. He is not someone who should be working a front desk but this type of attitude permeated through our stay. the staff didn’t seem friendly or happy- a major characteristic of the service industry. buffet is pretty much the same every single day. Edith the hostess was unaccommodating and difficult to deal with insisting on seating us specifically where we told her we didn’t want to sit repeatedly and had an attitude. Giovani was great and delivered great service. Rooms are fine but note the unique layout depending on who you are traveling with- no privacy. lights on the balcony and in the main central pavilion don’t shut off until 10:30pm extremely difficult to get any sleep before that. The dance troop is extremely talented and it’s a pleasure to watch them perform making the nightly shows the number one attraction. Nicest and cleanest beach we’ve seen in Mexico not sure if that’s because we’ve previously stayed in Cancun but that was also a big plus. Not everything was bad but the bad outweighed the good and we will not be coming back to Catalonia. Even for a quarter of the price.

Quiet property, not too big which is nice. Came for kitesurfing and it was an easy launch just down the beach for all directions. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time! The food was excellent and rooms were very nice and comfortable. Great beach too!

I really love this resort however, the dining options over the Christmas holiday was not that great.

This is a fantastic resort. Very modern and well done all around. No salesman on the beach and the activity sales people were not pushing at all. This has been our best experience in the Cancun area.

Service was poor across the board. Including buffet, restaurants and front desk/hospitality staff. Every worker I interacted with was borderline rude, or seemed inconvenienced any time a request was made. We overpaid to stay here for new years and we were welcomed with rude staff. The dining options were mostly all booked by the time we arrived for the week that we stayed, so we only got to experience one restaurant “the grille” - the staff there was very rude as well, and rushed us out of the restaurant. Our steak arrived cold and we had fo ask for drinks multiple times. The buffet ended up being our go to option, but with the limited dining options we would spend 30 min a day waiting in line just to get seated, then waiting another 30 min to get an omelette made. All while the workers never felt like they needed to provide any level of satisfactory service to the hotel guests. Overall, would not recommend or go back to this resort.
