The hotel is in a prime location. Rooms are relatively old but overall good value for money

We had a nice visit. The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean and quiet.Romi’s bar at the pool is a nice and relaxing place to chill out.The location is convenient, and it’s a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach! Also you can exit the ferry and walk to Hotel Pasada del mar, instead of using a taxi.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! If you are looking for something close to all the downtown attractions, beaches and restaurants - this is your place. The room was small but very clean. The maid service was excellent. You must keep in mind when staying here, you're not staying at a five star hotel - this is about a 3.5. The grounds were a little dirty but I never saw ONE bug. The staff was nice although I'm not sure any of them spoke English and you don't see them very often. We stayed there for a week without issue and had a very good time. I would recommend this property if you do not high super high expectations. You can't beat the location. We had a great week.

No frills property, clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, wonderful staff, water cooler in the lobby, ice from the bar available

Property was conveniently located across from the beach. Noisy into the early hours some days being close to bars and the busy beach. Simple rooms which was fine for our purposes. Didn’t get a mini fridge despite the website saying you did. Would have cost another $500US to upgrade to a room with one which was disappointing. Staff was friendly.

We were right across the street from the beach. It was a great location. Close to the ferry and dining district.

This trip at Posada was extremely loud with kids everywhere and out of control, running up and down hallways screaming late at night without any concern for other hotel guests. And who knows where the parents were, but I felt like the hotel could have done a better job of controlling that.

It was a great location .was nice to have entertainment in the afternoon. Food was good and prices reasonable for a hotel. We did the beach service one day but were surprised we had to pay $300 pesos.we were not informed if the cost when we asked if they had lounge chairs on the beach.overall I would stay there again.

I had a wonderful time. Awesome location next to North Beach and walkable from the ferry station. Friendly service, and I felt safe. Room was spacious and clean, with a balcony, though I do wish there was a fridge. I would stay here again if I return to Isla Mujeres.
