周囲には美しく透き通った水が広がっています。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。ビュッフェの列が長すぎて、グリルまで右ヘクスが入り組んでいます。ベッド 2 台をリクエストしましたが、2 ベッドの部屋が空いていなかったため、到着後に追加料金を支払わなければなりませんでした。セビチェバーは素晴らしく、ロベルトとペルラは素晴らしかったです。

The property was perfect for small children. I was worried at first that they did not have a designated pool or play area for children, but we did not need it because of the calmness and shallowness of the ocean surrounding the property. This was not a party hotel, so we did not have to worry about loud people or loud music. The buffet could have had more variety, but overall everything was great. I DID NOT love that the front desk called our room and said they had a "gift" for us which turned into a timeshare sales pitch and I felt like I had to avoid the lobby the rest of the trip to not be bombarded.

Definately not the party scene. A place to get away, relex, decompress & enjoy the sound of the ocean. We love the way we feel here, the staff is wonderful & helpful. We can't wait to get back, this is OUR HAPPY PLACE!!!

This was a great property for a family vacation with young children. Staff was wonderful. The property is old but they seem to try to keep up with updates.

Beautiful location, best on the whole island. When trying to make reservations for dinner (required), none of the staff could give us the same answer about where or when to do it so we missed out two nights in a row and had the buffet instead. When needing towels or snorkel equipment, either no workers were at the stand to help or they were out. We were told “come back in ten minutes “ repeatedly over the course of three hours.

Pros: Ocean water is stunning,Moises at check in gave us a room upgrade and Ritchie Rich was so nice and helpful….Cons:Food was AWFUL!! No taste, The property is run down and only one bar that serves the pool area! I would not recommend this resort.

The almost 360 degree water views were amazing. One side had crashing huge waves while the other side was calm with sandbars you could wade very far out. Absolutely beautiful.

The best part of the stay (still here but with another reservation) has been the service. All the people are kind and helpful, from Andrea at the reception, Diego at the beach, and Martin the concierge. When we arrived the first night there was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. I reported in the morning and they immediately changed my room. I read tons of reviews before coming and I was hesitant about the food. I was pleasantly surprised. The buffet is not extent but it has enough variety. It was flavorful. My only complain is the vip thing. In the best area of the beach the only shade is vip or you have to pay over 2000 to use the shaded beds. Also the waiters at the beach catered to the vip. I ordered a drink and it and never came.
