Not clean at all

1、床上用品不舒適，例如床單疙疙瘩瘩，不光滑 2、裝修簡單，除了兩室外，無任何優點 3、客房服務極差，每次打掃房間都會把毛巾、浴巾和一次性拖鞋拿走，且不補充新的毛巾浴巾和拖鞋 4、服務員手腳不乾淨，偷拿客人的私人物品

酒店服務各項很好，就是早餐太差了，希望能改進，

類似於國內的公寓，商務套房大概80平米，有2間卧室，客廳，餐廳，廚房，主衞和公衞（無淋雨）。不過有一件卧室是傭人或者司機房，很小，僅靠設備間，噪音比較大。這裏主打一個方便，樓下吃飯購物都有了。衞生和設施什麼的，就國內三星水平吧。

We had an excellent stay at the your Hotel, which was well-managed and met all our expectations. The staff provided outstanding service to my diplomatic friends, with a special mention to Zeeshan, Hamna & Faizan sb House Keeping Team, who were exceptionally welcoming and ensured everything was delivered promptly. Great experience staying at 3 bed room apartment with my family. Loved the cleanliness, amenities and staff’s attitude. Especially Noveel, the manager, takes the hospitality level up there with premium hotels that charge you for one room the price that I paid for a 3 bed room apartment. Can’t wait to visit the property again in the future.

It was the best in Islamabad, I have tried a lot of hotels and guesthouses but Centaurus has the best service and food and his facilities (gym, pool, sauna, snooker pool, ping pong) are amazing...... special thanks for Noveel he was very helpful and kind :)

It was a very good experience staying there, very neat and spacious apartments and the staff was very cooperative and attentive ,no doubt about the management, the parking area is huge and very well organized . Great location and great in all aspects.

Very dated and a bit grim. Even though there was a turndown and make up service we had to ask numerous times for towels and cleaning. The shower over the bath had a gap and so the floor was soaking wet every time it was used. Furniture could do with modernising, very basic. Breakfast was interesting, there are basic items for self service but you can ask for other items so make sure you do if there’s not something to your taste. It didn’t feel like the floors were ever cleaned with cleaning products only ever just swept, with the wet floor in the bathroom we used a towel to dry it and it was filthy.
