I would encourage anyone to sincerely look elsewhere. This is without question a terrible run and manged place.

The property between the room and the ocean was very nice. We did not get a clean feel from the room. It had an odor, the bathroom was was not clean, and the door frame on out room entry was busted and the door was difficult to close. I felt it was overpriced for the condition. However the view was very nice.

We have a very pleasant time in the Motel. Clean, big room, nice kitchen - updated nice unit.

In general, the entire hotel is wonderful. We wanted to have a "different experience" taking the trucker, which due to its independence was magnificent, but it is already old and needs urgent renovation!!! Excellent BBQ, super bikes, super kayaks!

It was conveniently located. Service fee charged was more than what internet said it would be. Check in time was different than what internet said it would be. Kayaks were good. Overall just meh.

Daniel was great and helped me on finding good local food, markets and places to visit during our stay.

I don’t know how this property gets a “wonderful”! A five start resort on the ocean with scads of amenities rates a wonderful but this place was okay for passing through. On the ocean, but can’t swim, pool okay, nothing fancy, room like any motel room, bed not comfortable, definitely not worth over $200 a night. $35 resort fee your forced to pay even if you don’t kayak. They should make that a separate charge. I had to move the nightstand to plug in my phone and it was dirty behind it. You are paying for the view of the ocean pretty much.

Small beach front resort with large, comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, kayaks and SUPs for use, and wonderful location.

We had a room with a kitchenette and a wonderful view . It was close to nice restaurants and The Theater of The Sea was amazing
