Hotel perfecto, teníamos a alojamiento y desayuno, buffet impecable y muy variado, todos los servicios perfectos: limpieza, piscina, recepción etc

I really had a great time at this fabulous hotel. I enjoyed everything, especially the breakfast, the pool and all the activities offered. Special thanks to the manager, el famoso Gianni who fulfilled all our expectations. It was a fabulous stay !!!!

I visited this place for 10 nights and was very disappointed. Do not go here if you have no kids or want peace. Good things: Staff are fantastic. Friendly hard working and even though most had no English we managed to communicate. All inclusive drinks good. Included bottles of wine, pints of beer and a glass of champagne. Good choice for lunch and breakfast but only had dinner there one time as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak, Breakfast has freshly squeezed Orange juice which was fab Beds comfortable Get beach towels with a €10 deposit Near beach Bad things This is a massive complex. Even a staff member described it as a zoo The buffet holds over 1300 people and has three settings for each meal Thousands of people constantly on the move Queues for bar queues for buffet queues for lifts queues to walk up and down the stairs Noise noise and more noise “entertainment” included two 3 foot speakers blaring out dreadful music with dreadful “entertainment” staff screaming out announcements over a microphone €12 a night for parking. Outrageous cost. No free parking on streets it’s all meters so they have a captive audience €3 a night for safe Not much choice of restaurants as most restaurants are part of all inclusive complexes

We spent excellent holidays there with moski and the team, there was a good variety of food and the entertaining guys could not do nothing to please my kids in the pool and activities. we would defo recommend the place

Animadores top! Josema, Triana, Ernesto e Rosi. A comida do bar é boa. A musica é boa e os entretenimentos também. Adorei o escorrega e wipeout. O quarto é grande e a ventoinha é muito util, pois faz muito calor!

Por las animaciones con la animadora alba que es una amor de persona y muy simpática con todos. También estamos encantados con la parte de los camareros, recepción y los socorristas, también los demás animadores. Lo recomendó por la amabilidad del personal.

Yo en este hotel he estado muy bien porque he estado jugando con los animadores y lo recomiendo,muy buena la comida ! Los camareros muy atento , las habitaciones muy amplias nosotros fuimos cuatro personas pero sobre todo y quiero recarcar en ello el equipo de animacion espectacular mi hija se lo pasó en grande y volveremos a venir eso seguro recomendado 💯

El hotel excelente, tanto en recepción, comedor. Habitaciones limpias. Los animadores muy atentos con todos nosotros, el recibimiento genial por todo el equipo. Darle las gracias a todos pero en especial Alba, rosi y jesus y por supuesto volvemos en agosto en todo incluido.

En general bien, los cocineros y camareros de comedor, limpiadora muy bien. Solo tengo una queja y es que me olvidé en la habitación un mando a distancia, lo solicité el mismo día dos horas después de haber salido y no me respondieron al día siguiente volví a llamar inmediatamente y ahora al minuto me dijeron que no estaba allí y estoy completamente seguro que le mando a distancia que da en la habitación en este aspecto lo veo muy poco diligentes, claramente no se han molestado en irlo a buscar y apuntó directamente con este comentario a la gobernanta de la limpieza de las habitaciones.
