部屋はそれほど広くはありませんでしたが、全体的には満足でした。清潔で、湖の景色とバルコニーがあり、景色も素晴らしかったです。湖にはカニもたくさんいました。食事は普通でした。

環境は素晴らしく、近くに湖があり、カニ🦀を捕まえている人たちもいました。ホテルはとても静かです。

The place is very beautiful, and the staff are extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The reception team is very professional and elegant in their service. Special thanks to Ms. Lamis, who is one of the best hospitality service providers I have ever met. She is professional, polite, and truly cares about the guests.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Ismailia 2 weeks ago. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s only about 1 hour and 20 minutes from New Cairo, making it a perfect getaway without having to travel too far. The view overlooking the Suez Canal was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They answered all our questions, made the check-in process quick and smooth, and handled every request promptly and professionally. We also really enjoyed spending time by the pool and taking relaxing walks along the waterfront. The atmosphere was peaceful, and it made for a perfect weekend escape. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend Mercure Ismailia to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and excellent hospitality.

Hotel location are fantastic room are in very bad condition

Service staff was friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa which was excellent. Very roomy and had great amenities.

出差推薦住的酒店，超值！房間不大但是乾淨，風景一流，外面就是蘇伊士運河，酒店綠樹成蔭。就是早餐都是麪包和糊糊吃不慣

酒店坐落於福桑島上，環境不錯，俯視湖面，遠眺蘇伊士運河。酒店設施一般，早餐還行吧。服務質量不錯的。性價比還可以的。

مستوي النظافة أقل من المتوقع؛ السجاد ملئ بالبقع القديمة ولا يبدو مريحا للعين. بالرغم من المنظر الخارجي للفندق و الذي يبدو رائعا فان الغرفة بالدخل أقل كثيرا في هذا المستوي و هذا السعر
