Hotel Europa

This hotel needs a total renovation. The walls and windows need a new coat of paint (I would say change the windows). The phones in the rooms don't work (they know it but "cannot do anything"). The windows need insulation (or more correctly renewal) as they leak cold air (They know it but "cannot do anything" when you ask them.) No armchair in the room, the shower rod is not secured. The only good thing is their breakfast is ok and some of the dishes in the restaurant. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here during a business trip. The view over the lake was amazing! Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever enjoyed. Fresh croissants, different kinds of yoghurt, juices, vegan options. The rooms are a bit outdated and the shower could have been cleaned better, but other than that I had a great stay.

Amazing views of Lago Maggiore, right in front of the ferry, lakefront walk, walk of the “lovers”, sand beach, Quassa Park and so on. Bar and restaurant nearby also. The rooms are well kept and the breakfast had gluten free products. Staff was also very nice, we’ll definitely be back!

We have booked a room at this hotel. When we arrived, the room 444 was very dirty, the bed linen were clearly used and full of hair, the cockroaches were on the curtains, balcony and the room. The furniture is old and there is a big need of refurbishment. We asked for another room, we saw room 333 which was also dirty in what regards the bed linen, curtains. To avoid as if you cancel, this hotel will still charge you for the first might despite the horrible conditions.

We appreciated the quiet room with a great lakeview! The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly, great service at the restaurant. We will be happy to come back for a longer vacation an we will enjoy the wide range of products at the breakfast buffet with fresh fruits!

Siamo ritornati in questo Hotel dopo 5 anni ed abbiamo avuto la stessa camera, l’ arredamento è lo stesso ma il bagno è stato rifatto completamente con una doccia spaziosa, il letto molto comodo e grande, riscaldamento super, TV con canali satellitari gratuita, WiFi gratuito, posteggio gratuito ( se si trova ) sono disponibili pochi posti. Personale molto gentile, premuroso e disponibile, colazione a buffet soddisfacente.

L'hotel ha una stupenda vista sul lago, la camera, il bagno (tutto moderno) e il letto sono molto spaziosi. La stanza è pulita e silenziosa, la signora alla reception molto gentile. La colazione é varia, potrebbe essere migliorata nella qualità con prodotti meno confezionati, ma è dignitosa. Attaccato alla passeggiata dell'amore e a due passi dal centro del paese, per trascorrere qualche giorno di relax e godersi le zone circostanti é un hotel ideale! In bassa stagione ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Neanche in India ho visto un hotel con livello di pulizia non pervenuto . Peccato perché con una struttura situata fronte lago, anche se l’interno è vintage e su questo posso capire perché rifare completamente tutto sicuramente sarebbe costosissimo, se fosse almeno pulito non ci sarebbe nulla da aggiungere . L’unico punto di forza al momento attuale, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza e del gruppo di lavoro con cui ho pernottato, è il personale : molto gentile e molto disponibile. Purtroppo non basta.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 notti, un vero SCHIFO! Partendo dalla pulizia, per poi parlare dell’ambiente vecchio e rovinato, lo staff incompetente sgarbato e maleducato. Mi hanno addebitato 15€ a notte per il soggiorno del cane (barboncino di 4kg) il quale non ha ricevuto nemmeno una ciotola d’acqua e soprattutto dopo aver chiamato ed essermi accertata che potesse stare con me anche durante i pasti al momento della colazione mi hanno detto che non era il benvenuto e avrei dovuto lasciarlo solo. Sia le camere che l’ambiente comune (reception,sala pranzo ecc) sporco e non curato. Ogni volta che lo si faceva presente allo staff risultava scocciato e senza neanche una scusa. NON CONSIGLIATO!
