When we arrived the hotel did not have our reservation. Our room was next to a person that coughed really loud all night.

Comfortable.

Hot tub broken, ice machine on our floor broken, coffee maker in our room broken. Probably won't stay there again.

I liked everything except the loss of three items accidently, but certainly left behind. A pocket knife and two pairs of prescription socks. WE clearly recall exactly where in the room these items were left.... BUT the cleaning staff denies finding them. Grrrr.

We have stayed here 6 times, and were very satisfied each time. Great staff, clean rooms, and nice surrounding area. We plan to stay again on our next visit to Issaquah

Excellent balcony room

Shower temp was not warm. Staff in dining area must have been first day. The young girls spent more time on phone than customer service. Coffee in Seattle must be very expensive. Hard to get acup without paying for it

Good proximity to freeway. Comfortable rooms, except nisy refrigerator.

The first night, the automatic/ electric shades wouldn't work. I called the desk and they said they would send a maintenance man. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went to the front desk. They kept calling the maintenance guy but he wasn't responding. I finally asked to be moved to a new room and had to drag all the stuff I had unpacked to the room next door. I was tired after a long day of travel and that was frustrating. The rest of the stay was much better. The continental breakfast was very limited but the breakfast you could order and pay for was pretty good. I liked the bar area that opened in the evenings.

Hot tub was broken, we were excited to use it and it was the tie breaker between this property and the other one we looked at. Coffee pot in the room was broken, again, bummer we’re we’re leaving early and a cup of coffee while getting ready would have been nice.

Check-in was quick. Staff were friendly. Easy access to the interstate for our weekend trip. Shower was a bit moldy and seemed like no airflow in the bathroom.

The beds and pillows were not at all comfortable. We asked for housekeeping and the bed was sloppily made with the old sheets. No breakfast was another downside. The hot tub was broken.

Noisy refrigerator, ice maker on 4 didn't work, flimsy shower wand attachment, cheap shower valve
