ホテルはとても清潔、ビジネスはとてもオープン、生活環境はエレガントで興味深い、忘れられない、オーナーはチュニジア人、サービスは行き届いていて、朝食は最上階にあり、湾を見渡すことができます。

私たちは荷物を預けるために早朝にホテルに到着しました。イスタンブールの街を歩き回ってチェックインの時間を待ちましたが、13:00にはもう疲れてしまい、これ以上待つことはできませんでした。ホテルに戻ると、チェックイン時間なので14時まで待つように言われました。結局、14時20分まで待たなければならず、1階の部屋が与えられました。より良い部屋をリクエストした後、それは不可能だと言われました... レイトチェックインの理由は、その日は多くの部屋が空であり、清掃が必要だったためです。 フロントデスクの人が提案したディナークルーズを購入しましたが、それはひどい経験でした。ピックアップを 40 分間待ち、非常に無愛想なスタッフに遭遇し、夕食自体は品薄でした。月とボスポラス海峡は素晴らしかったです。ホテルのスタッフは、私たちが経験についてフィードバックを与えたときも気にしませんでした。 このホテルの良い点は、ロケーションと朝食です。

全体的にはまあまあです。場所はとても良いですが、最初に到着したとき、ホテルの係員が部屋の鍵を見つけることができませんでした。

清潔な場所、とてもフレンドリーで親切な人々。広々とした客室。私たちは4人いて、そのうちの2人は害虫でしたが、部屋の中で犠牲になっていると感じることはありませんでした。主要な観光スポットに非常に近い場所にあり、いずれにしても徒歩でどこにでも行くことができました。お勧めします

2021年10月にシーハウススイートに宿泊しました。バスルームのトイレブラシホルダーのハンドルがありませんでした。ヒーター式タオル掛けが機能しておらず、タオルが乾かず、湿気や湿った臭いの問題が発生していました。寝室ではランプが壊れ、メインライトの電球が機能しませんでした。さらに、ベッドの上のライトの 1 つが壊れて、ワイヤーからぶら下がっていました。朝食の質は悪いです...ロケーションが唯一の利点です。

Stayed heee for few days , it was nice and resinable Prince. Location was good, very close to the main touristic attractions. They have terrace vith a great sea view of Marmara sea. Higly reconended.
