Pros: Mr. Yallchin was a very helpful host. He knows the area well & even knew where my husband could buy a small bag of ice(it lasted 7 days in our freezer). Also helpful was the young man working in the evening. He gave me coffee supplies & bottled water every day. -the location is perfect! Grocery stores, alcohol stores, shopping, sit down & take away food open very late on same street. 5 min walk from taksim square where got off the Metro from IST airport(took ~1 hr) -good air con & with the windows shut, totally quiet for good nights sleep. -on top floor is an enclosed terrace with tables & chairs, sofa, a small toilet room & even a microwave. It was open 24/7 but I didn’t see a light fixture so Best used in daylight hours..it is the only “lobby”. FYI: the kitchen came with fridge/freezer, a skillet for the 2 burner cooktop. Silverware, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, hot water maker for coffee or tea(supplies), liquid soap & a sponge(you clean if needed/no maid). The bathroom supplies are liquid soap at the sink & in the shower (no body lotion etc). There were hangers inside the wardrobe & there is a self serve laundromat@~3 blocks. There isn’t really traditional “daily housekeeping” as advertised on *********** but rather you just ask for whatever you need at the reception desk. Although, Someone did come after 3 days & changed out our towels & pulled our trash but no sweeping or anything else. Cons (for some people): 1 flight of stairs to reception desk & then another to the elevator; they are Not steep though. Overall: a great find at a great $! Like an apartment but with great staff on hand!
