エレシン ホテルズ エクスプレス

このホテルは本当に気に入りました！初めてイスタンブールを訪れましたが、このホテルを選んで正解でした。ホテルはT1トラム停留所やその他のバス停留所のすぐそばにあり、徒歩圏内には食料品店や様々な飲食店もあります。部屋は毎日清掃されていました。部屋は説明や写真通りでした。私たちは4階に宿泊しましたが、ホテルにはエレベーターがあります。唯一の小さなマイナス点は、部屋にアイロンとスチーマーがなかったことと、シャワールームに歯ブラシなどを入れるグラスがなかったことです。 スタッフの皆さんの素晴らしい仕事ぶりに感謝します！

立地は良く、部屋は清潔ですが狭いです。サービスはまあまあです。

受付係はとても無関心でした。部屋は小さかったものの清潔でした。

価格パフォーマンス的にもお勧めです。

The service was great, the location is also pretty fine, you can take the tram and quickly get to Hagia Sophia and Galata Kulesi

The service by the employees was terrible besides one of the morning shift employees. I am assuming the manager. I requested an early check in, they informed me that I will have to pay extra, which I did. When I arrived in the morning they said the room is not ready and I had to wait in the parking lot for 2 hours for them to prepare it. The room is very very small and crowded unlike what is stated that it is 22 sqm, it is 16 sqm at most. I paid for a larger room and yet I was provided with a smaller one. There is no bellboy nor is there a trolley to carry your luggage. You have to do carry it yourself all the way from the parking lot. Location is horrible and hard to drive through to get to the hotel. Only positive is the nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

It was good actually, the location, the cleanroom service, and the price are very suitable
