設備：古い、遮音性が悪い 環境: ガラタ近く、夜はとても騒がしい サービス: フロントデスクで Apple の充電ケーブルを貸してほしいと頼まれましたが、卓上に充電ケーブルがあるにも関わらず、貸してくれませんでした。昨夜エアコンが壊れましたが、補償はありませんでした。

部屋は少し狭いですが、ほぼすべての部屋からガラタ塔が見えます。最上階の展望テラスが最も魅力的な場所です。夜や朝食の時間帯は素晴らしい眺めの位置です。忘れられない思い出になることを願っています。また行く機会がありますので、チェックインしてみんなと共有してください

素晴らしい景色を望む素晴らしい歴史的なホテル…親切で礼儀正しいスタッフ…オメル、セデフ、フェルディ、ニハル、そして他のチームメイト全員が私たちの週末を忘れられないものにしてくれました。最後になりましたが、朝食中のクラシック音楽の生コンサートは私たちの心と魂に感動を与えました。

Very nice location near Galata tower. Beautiful view from the roof top where breakfast is served. Only point is the noise insulation is not great. Street noise roof top noise. Target 2nd and 3rd floor. Breakfast could be better too

Nice places, perfect view for breakfast

Beautiful centrally located hotel near a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Our room was perfect for us as a couple and the bed was comfortable. Lovely staff who even left us a little gift bag with sweets and nuts. Very extensive breakfast buffet included on a rooftop terrace with a great view of the city. Only downside is it was a bit loud at night as many of the places on the surrounding streets are open late- they do provide earplugs to help with this. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

A truly beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff. After a snafu with the room that was quickly resolved, we settled into this warm and cosy hotel located in a perfect position to explore Istanbul. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and the decor was just beautiful. Thank you! We absolutely recommend to others

We had booked 4 rooms 3month back and upon arrival the hotel management said only 1 room is available. We believe the hotel management has OVER BOOKED the room and made us wait at the reception area for 2 hours. This has ruined our evening at istanbul

Hotel overbooked and didnt give us our rooms which were booked 3 momths ago. They gave an excuse that there was a powercut and only 3 rooms had no electricity and they were the rooms we booked. Absolutely horrible experience and no support offered by the hotel. One room that was offered at the begining was later taken back and the reservation cancelled without our knowledge. Rude staff

Great super friendly staff, incredible location, we could look out right at the tower. So many great things to do around there. Breakfast was included and was very good, mostly Turkish style like with cheeses and breads, but also tons of fruit eggs, sweets yogurt etc, anything you’d want. It was on the rooftop which also had an amazing view. Only downside was Small room but that’s what you get for an incredible location and a historic building. The staff really went out of their way to help us, our taxi took us to the wrong spot initially but the bell hop came to greet us and got our bags and walked us over and was really nice.

Great atmospheric historic hotel with excellent service. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mehmet at the front desk. The view from the rooftop bar of the Galata Tower is fantastic, as is the Salmon Quinoa salad! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Great location central to İstiklal St and public transport. And of course, Galata Tower

Beautiful stay in the heart of Galata - perfect location. Amazing staff and beautiful views from the restaurant. The rooms are great and we felt very welcomed and accommodated for our big family by the reception team. Special thank you to the GM Samira who consistently checked in on us and made our stay that extra bit special. Thank you!

We didn’t even get a chance to try out the hotel, since they cancelled our reservation the day before while we were traveling to Istanbul. They gave our room away and claimed they tried our card which they claimed failed. The card didn’t have any failed alerts, even after calling, and the hotel would not relay which card they tried and failed. Conveniently, the hotel (and the rest in the brand which were nearby) were all fully booked. So we lost our two booked junior suites and instead of enjoying our vacation, felt stressed and scammed. My husband, kids, and I were left stranded in a foreign city, country with no where to go. The manager claimed to try to help by walking me to a basic hostel-looking apartment owned by a friend, which looked poor even by Baltimore, MD standards. I’ve never had a hotel cancel my reservation the day before arrival, when the booking (through the hotel’s website) was to be paid on the day of arrival, and we’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels. After reading more reviews, it looks like this has been a practice with other guests. This is not a best practice of a 4 or 5 star hotel, and absolutely not a best practice of a hotel aiming for ideal customer service. Check out World House Boutique Hotel one block down for a trusted, true “boutique” experience…with 5 star customer service! Very disappointed we trusted this hotel brand.
