The staff are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is fantastic and with so many diversity of fruits and Brazilian delicious food! Room service was impeccable. I will definitely come back with all my American friends! Love Terra Boa and Itacare. Amei a estadia! Tudo maravilhoso!

My family and i just came back from 6 days vacation in Itacaré.What a special little beach town.We stayed at Terra Boa and loved it! Close to all the beaches and fun places Itacaré has to offer.They serve breakfast and it’s pretty good with a variety of brazilian dishes and juices .Rooms were very clean .Pool and spa are gorgeous and clean. Employees were very helpful and friendly.My only complaints are that they charge for afternoon coffee and pool/beach towels and that’s why only 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They are extremely strict about towels But I definitely would stay there again!

Good hotel/pousada, it has a great leisure area with a decent size pool, a bar within the pool, a spa space, a mini gym, and a pool table, sauna, kids play area. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable enough to get a good night sleep. There is a veranda with a hammock to relax, that said the door to the varanda needs fixing as it appears it would break when trying to open. The breakfast was satisfactory, recommend the quiche de frango, rabanada, and the tapioca. I recommend to offer more options of juices. Although every morning during breakfast the manager would pass by our table and ask if everything was okay, the service could improve. Some of the ordered dishes took long to prepare while the restaurant was empty, we would ask for towels and it would also take long to deliver. Minor details that can improve the guest experience. The negative feedback that I have is the quality of the WiFi. We stayed in the closest room to the reception, 101, and the WiFi was very weak, it constantly reverted to my 4g.

Well where do I begin. First they offer English speaking attendants, not the case. I watched a trainee chewing gum like a cow at the front desk. Only one person appeared to know what was going on when I checked in. I spoke to multiple employees and they ALL said the same thing, disorganized management. Owner does not care about employees. She does not give them their proper gratuities owed. Hires her friends as workers and they are absent in their roles. Food was good. Room lacked current designer/boutique look. Air conditioning was broken. No hot water in spa. Booked a massage and the therapist didn’t know a proper therapeutic massage. Room smelled like mold. Tried going to the updated hotel within their group of hotels “Imperial Resende” and it was a newer property but also mismanaged. Ended up at Ecoporan and then Barracuda Hotel. The last was by far the best. More expensive yes, but Terra Boa is not a boutique hotel by any means. They need a complete overhaul. I speak of these things because I come from a travelers background. Four seasons hotel and Wyndham Resorts could teach these people a lesson. I know it is a small village and I’m expecting big city amenities but come on. Guests should be number one! How does that happen? Treat your employees well and you will receive their utmost support. Not the case here. Give them peanuts and you get monkeys that don’t care about their job. To whom the owner of this hotel group I hope your minions send this u the ladder to you passing each level of supervisors and Human Resources. Leadership, respect, and accountability starts at the top.

The hotel was really conforable and nicely decorated. We Had a poolviewroom .excellent Pool Bar. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Top breakfast including a Lady preparing fresh tapioca. If you happen.to stay in Itacaré for a few days book Terra boa . If its Full you also may choose vira canoa only a few meters away
