The hotel offers - if you are lucky - a fantastic view over the bay, has a luxurious Spa and fitness area and the standard rooms are spacious. Even though slowly a little dated, they are comfortable and I would (and will) return again. The Spa area offers a wide variety of services, however missing some tranquility one would usually expect from such a place. The breakfast is gorgeous, by the way - just missing some European style jams, as the Turkish style apricot (with more fruit chunks) had limited compatibility with the croissant I enjoyed 😉 (they were too big!) All in all a great business, where everything works as it should and all services are available.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme.. Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi Reception; quick check in and out. Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view. Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style. Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites. Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight. Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat. Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

Very polite the staff. Room is clean n facing the garden which is very quiet. Perfect location that many tourists sites n restaurants nearby within walking distance. In short, the living experience is excellent.
