イズミルの人気4つ星ホテル

素晴らしいホテル。私たちは完全に満足しています。場所は完璧で、地下鉄駅が近くにあります。私たちはこのホテルに何度か滞在しました。今年は7人(大人6人と子供1人)で、4つの部屋に滞在しました。すべての部屋は清潔で居心地が良かったです。朝食は豊富でした。スタッフはとても優しかったです。いつも親切に彼の援助を提供してくれたErgun氏に感謝します。レセプションのみんなに感謝します。私の高齢者の両親に親切な世話をするためにホテルのキーパーに非常に注意を払います。本当にリラックスした滞在ができました。

駅の近くに、通りが到着しました、予約されたトリプルルーム、ベッドはかなり大きいです、シモンズも非常に強いです、オトガルへのタクシーは30リラのようです、ビーチまで歩いてまだ少し距離があります。夕方には小さな通りにフリーマーケットがあります。

Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme.. Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi Reception; quick check in and out. Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view. Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style. Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites. Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight. Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat. Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

ホテルで素敵な4泊しました。部屋は広としていてとてもきれいでした。ベッドは快適でした。毎日ボトル入り飲料水、お茶とコーヒー、やかんがありました。朝食と夕食は良かったが、朝食のコーヒーはひどかった。バスルームには、シャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェル、ボディミルクなど、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。スリッパもありました。場所は素晴らしい–バスマネガル、町の歴史的な部分、ケマラティマーケットバザール、時計塔、コナック桟橋の近くです。スタッフはとても親切で親切でした。喫煙室または禁煙室を選択できます。

グランド コーナーに 2 日間滞在しました。ロケーションはとても良いです。バスマネ駅のすぐ前で、地下鉄や電車に乗ることができます。港までは約 15 分です。部屋はかなり広く、幹線道路沿いですが、騒がしくはありません。受付の Ramiz さんと Sadullah さんは、とても穏やかで親切で、助かりました。しかし、Mezhut さんは私たちに対して態度が悪かったです。なぜ部屋を掃除しないのかと聞いたところ、頼んでいないと言われました。助けを求めましたが、同じ言語を話しているにもかかわらず、とてもひどい対応でした。それだけでなく、朝食は近くのレストランで提供されました。ホテルの改装工事中だったためです。そのため、朝食は非常に質が悪く、サービスも良くありませんでした。それを除けば、このホテルは良い選択かもしれません。

ホテルでの滞在は一般的にとても快適でした。私のダブルルームは広くて快適でしたが、かなり憂鬱でベーシックでした。しかし、まったく景色はありません。窓とレンガの壁の間にある種のキャンバスが鳥の糞で覆われているレンガの壁を見ているだけで、ブラインドは常に引き下ろされます。バスルームは気配りがありましたが、3つ星ホテルの場合は大丈夫です。朝食は十分に良かったし、レセプションのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。レセプションの何人かのスタッフは他の人よりもはるかに優れた英語を話しましたが、おそらく私はトルコ語を学ぶべきです。「フルトリートメント」と行きたい場所への道順を受けたFESスパハムマンの予約を予約するときにすべてを手配してくれたとても素敵な女性、Haticeに特別な電話をしてください。イズミルで最も安い3つ星ホテルの1つ。

I was on a business trip to Izmir and decided to book this hotel due to its location close to the office. I booked directly (via Accor) and unfortunately, at the time of reservation, it was not possible to pay for the hotel online. I was arriving late into the night, on the 27th of September 2023, but since I checked that the front-desk was open 24/7, I decided it would be ok to be checked in after midnight. When I arrived to the front-desk around 1 AM, I was told that there is no room, as they cancelled the reservation. The email that I received stated that it was cancelled on my request, which, of course, was not true. The front-desk employee couldn't provide any reason, so we had to call the manager of the hotel. After some back and forth with very aggressive and impolite manager, it turned out that he arbitrary decided to cancel the reservation (and I would assume, sell this room for much more money to someone who gave him a good baksheesh). Throughout my 100+ nights with Accor Hotels, I have never had such an issue - which makes me assume that it was the manager of the hotel who had interest in selling this room to someone else. The front-desk employee was helpful looking for another hotel and arranging for a taxi for me, which was indeed a stark contrast with his manager, who was yelling on the phone that everything was not his problem. A few days later I was able to recover the workflow of the issue: While I was flying, around 9 PM, the hotel tried to authorise the payment (which was a little interesting, as they didn't do it during any of the days between reservation and the arrival date). The bank decided that the hotel was a scam (which typically happens when a company was reported as scam before) and cancelled the transaction. The manager used this as an excuse to cancel my reservation. There is no need to say, that the hotel didn't try to reach out via email or phone, they just cancelled the reservation. I later read on Google Reviews that this is not an uncommon thing - the manager of this hotel does this kind of things regularly. I would like to urge whoever is thinking about staying at this hotel, to stay elsewhere.
