The hotel is good rooms are better, but problem is as to jain food, the food serving staff is very less and slow

Room service was bad. Asked for tea. Staff came with kettle n cup and poured the tea in cup saying cannot leave the kettle as we have to serve other rooms also. No hand towels in the washroom, even after requesting for it they gave it one day, next day post cleaning there was no hand towel. Food was not upto the mark. Asked for butter with parantha, they dont have butter to serve. Both days of our stay breakfast menu was exactly the same, no change at all.

Room was neat, clean and hygienic! all amenities were in the room and 24*7 instant hot water was plus. Pleasant stay overall.

The property location is nice . Food quality 😋 was very good. They have a restaurant which is open for outside public as well . The Provided Room was average quality not as per charges. The overall experience was nice and good for the family stay.

Hotel is good, spacious and clean rooms, u am giving 5 starfor it, break fast is good 4 star and night male receptionist should be quick to call back for customer demand or any need, at least he should tell or clear that they can provide or not. I mean to say that follow up for any need of customer should be present, this follow up is lacking so 3 star for this. Overall calculation (5+4+3=12 stars) so on an average 4 star rating.
