Fit was the worst room ever. The guy was nice though

Filthy, broken down, smelly room and stained furniture. Black stained white towels. Terrible, rude, customer service from employee at front desk. Did not stay. Checked out 10 minutes after checking in and viewing the room. Have pics and video. Will be contacting ******* and management and requesting full refund.

Night teller extremely racist..owner extremely rude..throws keys at u instead of handing them to you..bed covers and sheets dingy and damp..walls had huge holes in them..the air conditioner barely worked..the outlets didn’t work at all..and the towels looked like someone was changing oil with them and I saw roaches as well

We booked a room through ******* late in the evening as we decided to stop in Jackson. When we arrived at the hotel, all lights were out and the hotel had no power. The city was hit with a storm and many places had no power. The night manager was outside the office of the motel and advised us that we could not check in or honor the reservation. Other cars pulled as well. We all had to leave and keep trying. I have tried several times to get customer help through ******* and the hotel to refund the payment. No response has been given. This has been a frustrating experience. Please understand that I am a consistent user of ******* and book 30 nights a year or so. I have never had an experience like this.

The power was out the whole time we didn't stay we didn't even clock in and we didn't get reimbursed for our money so I'm very disappointed

Someone tried to get into my room all night and I haven't gotten any sleep

Very run-down property. First room smelled of smoke and mildew. Staff was willing to change room assignment. Second room was missing light bulbs and t.v. remote. Staff provided remote.

Nice right off the highway.

I didn't stay n I got charged
