Room was filthy. Halls reeked of ****. There was a plastic grocery bag outside of the room next door that contained what could only be poo-soiled clothing. The smell was awful. We checked in late after a long day on the road, and

I think the rating numbers that I saw pre-booking were a little high based on my experience. What I liked was the ease of parking, easy access to the interstate, and availability of free WiFi’s and breakfast. However, there were particles of hair present in my bathroom, the tub looked questionable, I saw marks on one of the beds, the door was a bit warn down, the juice machine was out of order, there was no bacon at breakfast, the cleaners came by bothering me before the official check out time, and the walls were thin so I could hear noise from the room beside me.

I was charged $100 deposit after paying for my room via your website and there's nothing that says that a $100 will be charged once you arrive at the check in. My room did not have a shower curtain we called and nothing was done about it. The bathroom was not 100% cleaned.

This was an overnight stay enroute to Nashville. Easy access off the highway. Comfortable. Had no shower curtain. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Breakfast was adequate for us.

Good hotel only issue tub had rust so staff said they working on replacing tubs; so we put a towel inside tub to step on. Other than that great and breakfast was good

Room was visibly dirty when we arrived but we arrived at 1am after a 12 hour drive so dealt with it. On the last day, I noticed a huge dead roach by the second bed. Never staying here again. The bathroom ceiling is visibly falling apart and they put a partition over it but debris still fell down. This hotel made me sick - all the toxins, debris and lack of cleanliness.

Everything was good but they need to change the mattress.. they are hard like a rock.. I slept because I was tired from the road trip but the next day my back was killing me all day long..

The hotel looked very nice from the outside. It was somewhat clean on the inside but dated. I only had two issues that almost ruined my trip. 1) The water in the tub and sink came out brown and I had to run the water for 10 minutes each day to clear it out. 2) The smell on my floor each day I had to leave out was very unpleasant.
