This way the noisiest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. We have stayed in many hotels that are located along the highway for travelers but this hotel has zero sound barrier. It felt like we were open air camping on the emergency lane it was so loud. If you want any sleep at night only stay here if you have checked and are guaranteed an opposite of the highway side room.

By far one of the best Holiday Inn stays in a while. Clean inviting lobby and staff. Very professional.

After reading some reviews that were mixed we decided to go anyway. GLAD we did because this is a great hotel, very clean and convenient to the highway and entertainment. Jordan at the front desk was a very pleasant and knowledgeable man. He is an asset to this property. Could not do enough for us. The rooms, the entire property was very clean and everywhere had a fresh clean smell!! Only negative would be, and understandable, no buffet breakfast during the week, only on weekends. During the week, if you paid $15 for breakfast for 2, they only have pre-made breakfast sandwiches, juices, yogurt, and packaged cereal. But we will return next time we return to Jacksonville!!

My bathroom was not cleaned properly. Certain hairs* were on the floor and wall of the shower. The fridge was not working properly and the defrost cycle completely melted into my food rendering it inedible. This was reported to the front desk attendant with photos and the lady asked why I didn’t report it then. (Answer: it was a sold out night, after midnight when my children and I returned to the room, and we were only staying that one night.) Nothing was offered as compensation - only a half hearted apology.

Only drawbacks were that the hot tub was waiting for parts..we were told we could use it but that it wouldn't be as hot and the fact that no hot breakfast is provided..but we were told beforehand so it's no biggie....best property we stayed at in duval...and we've stayed at several

There is nothing available in walking distance, so for lunch if you are in meetings, there is nothing. The restaurant in the hotel is closed for lunch. Rooms are not cleaned unless you stay more than 5 days. Rooms are old not updated. It is expensive for what you get.

This is the third time and the last time I will stay at this hotel. The hotel is in need of a major upgrade. We had two rooms. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that didn’t even supply cups in either room. There was not coffee maker in either room. The shower was awful. The water pressure was nearly non existent. The door to the bathroom was so warped that it couldn’t be closed completely. The floor outside the bathroom was wet under the carpet. I have been in many hotel rooms over the years and this by far was the worst.

The check in was fast, very clean and modern lobby, room was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi could use a re-surfacing, nice warm jacuzzi. Did not use pool rhis trip

The staff was very good especially V (Mgr) Ms Krueger and Matt in Bar and restaurant. The problem was the room, Tub surround was not clean, lot of mold in grout, wall thermostat did not work. No coffee service in the room. Etc, etc.
