環境很好，前台側面有幾種方便麪，熱水服務。

Semi-Accessible: The accessible room was difficult to maneuver. There was no hot water; it was lukewarm at best for our 3 night stay. The bottom of the accessible walk in shower was slippery, and the toilet was too short to be accessible. The location was great, it was quiet with lots of restaurant options nearby.

Lobby is very nice. It would be nice if they offered atleast coffee and water complimentary, for the amount you pay to stay here. The rooms are not as clean as most. There were orange drip spots all over our bathroom door. Nothing seemed to be wiped down, just sprayed and left to dry so things were sticky to the touch. AC unit is old, and the area around it was covered in dirt or debris of some sort. Water pressure is terrible in the shower. Queen beds would be nice, instead of tiny double beds, for the amount you spend per room. If the rooms were actually cleaned and wiped down (not sticky), my review would be better. Complimentary coffee is a must, in my opinion if you have to pay for a minimal breakfast. Maybe not charge $15 + for breakfast either.

This place is always good with service and how they treat the guest. Checking in at night and they forgot to give us our meal vouchers so the next morning the attendant at the front desk got things together with many unnecessary apologies, mistakes happen. The breakfast was so good and we got there on a cruise day, so that meant buffet... Leaving out for the day and it must've been time for the cleaners to go. They ALL were smiling and greeting me, it's just the little things that make me continue to choose this hotel as my home when I'm in town. Thank you CP and I'll see you again real soon.

This hotel is under construction. Give yourself ample time to check in as navigating can be tricky and be sure to ask for directions to your room when checking in. Tower 1 is under construction but it's open to the public. When you park your car you have to walk through a hallway that is not completed to get to the lobby. The rooms are outdate and not kept up to date. The cold water in the sink did not work properly and the shower was also not working correctly. Takes 15 min to walk to the front desk and if you try to call front desk from your room, it won't connect. No room service calls work either.

This property is near the airport but also close to a number of shops and restaurants. The hotel lobby is beautiful and modern-looking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The one negative is that my room was far from the elevator.

Airport shuttle will leave you behind if there are flight crews there as well, even if you showed up to catch the shuttle before them. Driver just says guests are not a priority vs flight crew. Was rather insulting. Other than that, a fine experience.

Very clean, comfy beds. Friendly staff. However, the breakfast buffet was $15+ with just basic breakfast. Table service was fair. The room refrigerator was not very cold and there was not a microwave. The lobby was huge but no complimentary water or coffee or tea anywhere so that accumulated more expense. The hotel is comprised of several buildings and each has its own blue awning but, the bldg numbers are not clear. So in the cold rain my daughter and we're getting wet while running around looking for the right tower to enter. It's the small conveniences and amenities that help the stay of long periods a lot better.

Staff are very friendly, we received a warm welcome when we step at the door. They are remodeling the rooms, our room was one on the new room, it looks good and the beds was great.
