A cozy family getaway. While staying here, you will get to live in this historic stone home with a beautiful log addition. The original structure was built in the 1700s and served as the servant's quarters for the stone house across the road where your hosts now live. Set out in the country, you will be delighted with the peaceful environment created by the woods, fields, and buggies going by on the road.The adults will love the high living room ceiling, while the children will love the book nook and play room. The cooks will love the spacious, state of the art kitchen. And the nature lovers will love the huge front porch...a perfect spot to watch the buggies go by and see the squirrels play.Please make yourself at home. We live right across the street if you need anything! We love when we see guests enjoying our property. Feel free to walk across the street to Twin Brook Retreat where we have lots of outside space you can enjoy.
