Very disappointing Room was not clean, insects in room - asked for help & told to ‘take them out myself’ Bed for children not comfortable- one didn’t even have a mattress and the other was broken with a sharp screw exposed. Tried to get assistance but staff were not helpful at all No kettle for tea and coffee Sold as a ‘resort’ but the pool is closed and every still activity has an additional charge There are better options to stay in this lovely town

Service is helpful and hotel staff is very professional. It will be nice to have teapot in the room. Shower in the bathroom sprays the water across all the room. This needs to be fixed.

Es un complejo muy grande con varios edificios. Nuestra habitación estaba en el edificio Perla y era bastante grande. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Había nevera que enfriaba muy bien y caja fuerte. Los muebles eran bastante nuevos y el baño también estaba renovado. Las paredes estaban muy rozadas, necesitan una mano de pintura. El desayuno era muy variado y las vistas desde el restaurante eran muy bonitas. Hay piscina y acceso directo a la playa. No hay toallas específicas para playa/ piscina (puedes usar las de la habitación). Hay parking gratuito muy amplio. Está un poco lejos del centro de Izola a unos 25 minutos a pie.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole weekend lungo e ci torneremo. La colazione eccellente e abbondante. Buona la posizione, per spostarci abbiamo usato le biciclette dell'hotel a 12 euro al giorno e c'ha permesso di visitare Izola, Capodistria e Pirano. Abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance, unica nota stonata, manca il bedet in bagno

Отличный резорт с прекрасной локацией и своим частным пляжем! Номер достаточно чистый. Завтрак - шведский стол с широким выбором. Парковка на территории, но может быть забита в пик сезона.
