Pathetic experience of staying at this resort. The property was under maintenance, if that’s the case why would you accept bookings? No one to guide you at the entrance, there is no lobby/reception area. We checked in around 4:30 pm and the room was still not ready, the AC was being fixed in the room. On arrival no water was offered, in fact the owner Ms. Radhika suggested us to check in the same room without AC. why would I pay the price of an Ac room without an air conditioner, however we waited for 40 mins to get the ac fixed. The rooms are in a very poor condition, the washroom is filthy, very very unhygienic. The swimming pool water was dirty with died mosquitoes in it. The food quality is below average. No bills are provided at the checkout because they have no systems to work on, no lobby area. A big thumbs down to the owner and would definitely not recommend this place.
