If you are planning to stay here then cancel your trip. There is no room service , ***ager is very rude, rooms are smelly and very small. Strongly advise to not stay at this hotel. The rooms are very small. Cannot even call this a hotel. 0/10 in everything

We’re attending a wedding in another resort but we were given a room at this hotel. Hotel room allocated initially was very small and dingy. The view was facing the boundary wall which was hardly 2 feet away from the window giving a suffocating feeling. We finally had ourselves upgraded by paying extra for a room which was quite big with a good size balcony. Overall ok for the rate

Never ever book such a hotel. Pathetic intolerable smell in the washroom. These guys don’t understand basic room freshner concept, put spray which lasts for hardly 2 hours and then back to poor smell. Didn’t have courtesy to change room , despite asking for paying difference too

Lovely and fantastically attentive staff as well as good food at the roof top bar. Bhanwar was particularly fantastic for us. But all of the staff really lovely. Would love to come again and experience the city more

We had booking for two nights in the hotel . The name is misleading , nothing Umaid about it . It is a very cramped up hotel , rooms don’t have much space and there is no service . We reached hotel at around 11 , however there was no service in hotel and no options nearby for food . They don’t have option for breakfast and you have to go to nearby hotel to have your complementary breakfast. Better they should shut down the hotel if they can’t provide any service

This is great place to stay and economical as well. Rooms and restaurant are clean, hygienic. Staff are very good and they help you genuinely. We went at peak time and couldn't get cabs. The hotel guys helped us to get taxi ls and they were cheaper than online taxi aggregators. We checked in v late, post the restaurant close. I called the hotel and they were able to arrange food etc for us. The only flip side is, they are little outskirts but that didn't impact us much.

This was my first visit to Amer, almost twin city of Jaipur, hardly a few kilometres away surrounded by a lot of greenery and trees near by away from crowd and noise. The majestic and royal appearance of this property give me an impression, that it might be very costly but it was unthinkably pocket friendly and that too with morning breakfast included in the room rent as a welcome gesture. I was welcomed by front office ***ager Mr Samar Singh, and impressive looking guy very key into help the guest arriving. When I reached his desk he was already talking to one person on phone and was busy attending some other calls also so I patiently waited. As soon as he got free he helped me, to come out of the confusion which was created by the event ***agement team of the function I was there to attend. Anyway he gone out of way, not only to contact the guy who book the hotel for me but also politely taught him a lesson without spoiling his relationship with that client. The lift in this hotel is not too big but it gives us a feed of a vitage elevator, very clean and tidy. I am trying to remember, what discomfort I faced there, to let other guest who might be coming and staying in this hotel, feel what they should not expect. You may take it as a quality or a shortcoming it is up to you that they don't encourage supplying mineral water bottles very frequently unless you ask for them. They prefer serving Free Double Refined RO UV Water. Cool! If you love to spend money on buying mineral water bottles, it's your choice. There are ***y types of room you can opt for yourself as per your budget and pocket so I am not talking about them choose your way as you like. They have any expensive suits also, that has balconys attached with them. Talking about food : you have a great choice in the dinning hall, either you take buffet or order using the menu at room. Since this supply avoid variety of food in the dining hall that is streaming hot always unless you require cold drinks, it's good to eat fresh food there in the hall only and enjoy the music. Cosmetics and free toileteries are great and very control pH value products. Cons: Every room is fitted with an AC but they don't have proper heating inside each room. May be due to budget constraints and the cost effective ***agement. Lower the budget lesser the luxuries, I hope. I needed a heater, because it was very cold inside, but when de***ded they simply said it is not available at the moment. The broadband/Wi-Fi connection was switched off after midnight. Next morning I had to request the Wi-Fi guy again.
