I arranged to book this hotel through online travel portal after going through various images. I must say here that the exteriors of the hotel are upto the mark but interiors need immediate attention. Walls inside the rooms are full of damp and un-hygienic. Besides, the rooms are pretty congested. I statyed here for 2 nights on 2 different dates during my to and fro journey from Jaipur. During the first night i.e., 10th September 23, my room got upgraded to bigger room since they had some issues with the Corporate Bookings by BOI and these guys were not able to handle the scenario. Lady at Reception in green shirt was too rude to talk. Finally other staff arrives and make the stay comfortable which really made good experience of 4 star stay. Breakfast served was very nice and I must rate it to be very good. Major problems was like they don't provide you with hand towel ready inside the room in any category of the room. You need to call at Reception and not the house keeping to provide you with the same. Towels had been pretty old and harsh to use. Secondly they have kept leaflet inside the room to call on 222 for any of your needs but when you call on this number they will ask you to call at reception on 9 for any of your needs and they can only accept your food orders. On my 2nd night stay on 15th Sep 2023, I ordered for Schezwan Fried Rice which I asked should be non-spicy. Instead Hotel served me with Veg Fried Rice and that too very spicy and order was served after 35 minutes. When I complained, they told me that Sir we have provided you with Schezwan Fried Rice and only the bill is of Fried Rice. When objected, they asked me more time to serve fresh again but being hungry, you can't wait for more time and have to consume whats available in front of you. Nevertheless to state, Hotel served bill next day for payment bluntly and the payment was made online. Thus I can here share that food quality when ordered for in room consumption is not upto the mark. This had been shared online by other hotel stayers too in their feedback. Thus to conclude, except two or three things, Hotel Vesta International is not upto the mark and can't be termed to stay in 4 star not even in 3 star category and they need to improve a lot in terms of hospitality. Except 2 or 3 staff, they need to concentrate on proper talent acquisition too. I dont know the name of lady at Reception in Saree but she had been a true gem in terms of hospitality and they need to hire more of these kind of professionals. In terms of location of the hotel, yes location is pretty good and much near to Jaipur Railway Station with a stone throw distance. Its been quite a long I have shared feedback on my experience and I had been out of Tripadvisor but will restart pouring my experience for my travels.

Our trip to Jaipur started with a not-so-good experience. Especially when you are traveling with a family in which your parents are Senior citizens, the most important part of your stay is hygiene. Vesta International doesn't have hygiene in its services. Nor does the reception staff have any ***ners. We reached the city early morning at 8 am, but because of some absurd check-in time of 2 pm, we had to pay extra for early check-in. We requested just a change of clothes and even though rooms are available you make your guests pay some absurd amount of money for just 20-30 minutes. Now once we pay then we would like to get a good hot shower and get fresh to visit the city. But for some reason, the hot water supply was closed after half an hour causing a couple of our family members to take a shower in cold water. This caused my mother to be not well later in the afternoon. We had a second room booked which we checked in at 4 pm. Plenty of time to clean up the room and get it ready (if it was already occupied which was not!). But when we entered the 2nd room, it had a weird pungent smell. The room was old with a loose electric connection as there were sparks when we connected our mobile charger. We asked for room service to fix the issue when we came back. Once we were back the smell was still there and then we asked for a change of room. Our request was blatantly dismissed by the rude receptionist. We were told that the smell was because the room was closed for a long time and it would go away. We gulped up the fact that we booked a room online and wanted to rest and it wasn't worth the fight with the receptionist. However not that I knew I would wake up with a headache due to the smell. In the morning my wife discovered that the toilet flush was not working and the dump (pardon my language) and we could connect the dots where the smell came from. Sorry to paint such a picture in travelers' minds but you can imagine our state then. This was the last straw of my patience and I de***ded to talk to higher ***agement. We were given the number of hotels GM, Mr Daulat Singh. We contacted him and expressed our concerns, to which he replied that he shall be in the hotel by 9 am. As usual, we were wasting our time and the GM didn't show up and was told to be stuck in some issue. But when we again asked, showing up right in front of the reception physically with our bags, the GM magically appeared in 2 minutes. We expressed our concerns which the GM, Mr. Daulat Singh heard just like a statue and couldn't say anything. We had to leave the hotel in a disappointing state. The only request we made was to keep our bags in the reception at 10 am (yes we did early check out to thank god they didn't charge as well *psych*). At least when we came back the bags were intact which was the only positive experience. Please save yourself from falling prey to such an experience and avoid this hotel if you are with your family. Maybe you can survive if you go on boys-o

It is a very nice place to stay with my family and lovely food Taking care is very good by the staff especially Sangeeta from the reception she guided us to the local city ***y times We asked her to visit the local site scene and see advice with. We definitely recommend it to our family and friends. 🇪🇭

Omg most horrible experience of lifetime. AC not working and room changed after 18hrs. Breakfast served like Langar to beggers with ***y items missing on buffet table, No bowl for sambar. No cold milk for cornflakes. No tissue paper on restaurant table. Even GM Mr Daulat did not even meet despite repeated request as he had no face to meet me. Sent email to GM as well as Sales of Vesta

This hotel doesn’t deserve the star rating or guest staying. From checkin the staff show that they don’t care or have any experience of customer service. This is common with all staff. The bell service staff don’t help but then arrive at your room for a tip. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty with dust, blood on the shower curtains, dead bees, mould, marks on the sheets, clumps of hair on the floor. The evening buffet isn’t worth the money and looks unappealing. There are really good restaurants near by.

Really disappointing. The reception area is dated but OK. Our room smelt of damp. It wasn't clean. There was fluff & hair on the floors, not sure when it had last been hoovered/ mopped. The bathroom was grubby. Thick mould in the tiles and ***** the base. The shower curtain didn't look like it was changed between guests. One towel per guest was provided, not even a hair towel was provided. The toiletries were attached to the wall, but the attachments were grubby, rusty and didn't invite me to use them. The restaurant was also grubby. Plastic table mats that weren't clean, sticky tables, food poor quality. Website states a bar but we stayed 3 nights, it was closed for 2 of them (for Holi). We asked if we could get a beer & told no. When we asked perhaps a coffee they told us to to 2nd floor and get it ourselves. Staff were OK. But they also looked grubby. No pride in appearance. I definitely will not be coming back

The staff was extremely rude. Extremely disrespectful. Do not provide any room service . Dirty rooms . Food was okay. Elevator not working. Dirty pool water. Do not pick calls . Empty reception. Lack of staff . Television was working fine. Dirty curtains . Do not provide necessary essentials like bathroom slippers .

Our stay at the hotel in Jaipur was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's specially Ms. Saqib Naqvi's warm hospitality added a special touch, making our first visit to Pink City truly memorable.
