We are frequent travellers and stayed in ***y hotels around the globe. Devi Ratn was One of the best hotels we stayed at from its location, view, room, food and staff perspective. Special mention to Sudham who had gone above and beyond to make our stay best ever. And the rates are extremely reasonable and value for money. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Jaipur

Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The complimentary mock tails was made to perfection. The only downside the buffet was much more expensive than other places where we stayed in India, but there was a beautiful selection of Buffet. We highly recommend this place

Could not fault the hotel While the suite was extremely expensive (the 2 night stay was AUD $3,000), it was absolutely amazing with its own private pool. The fitness centre and infinity pool were also great. The restaurant was superb and the evening entertainment with canapes was amazing.

Stay in hotel was so so about experience at all levels ***** with Nature. Best hospitality. We enjoyed every minute from check in to high tea with folk music to dinner and morning breakfast with singer. Kids enjoyed the ebike on the property like Nature walk. Pool at right place to enjoy greenery.

A very welcoming and warm experience for me and my family, all thanks to the team working hard from the ***ager explaining us about the whole property be it the history, the architecture and the beauty, to the staff making sure that everything is perfect and taking full care of our needs, and the experience at the property itself was relaxing and fun for us.

Everything was immaculate, I specially come to this hotel for the architecture and open spaces. Hospitality of Taj is beyond expectations and class leading in the world. Only bit of little grouse I have is with the way bathrooms are designed leading to poor water ***agement and lots of wet area in bathing. This is my third time at this property and since Taj has take over it’s take an unbelievable leap in terms of overall upkeep and maintenance. Special thanks to Suhaas, Indra for a splendid welcome, room upgradation and then facilitating an immediate room change request. House keeping team to be applauded as well for their prompt services, maintenance and overall upkeep of this huge property.

It was a lovely experience altogether, and incredible staff, I really appreciate People like Karan Pratap, fairly dependable and loyal. Was quite and experience, it's just a relatively big property which makes the intraproperty transport a challenge

I have been to a lot of properties but Devi Ratn has become my personal favourite. The hospitality and comfort provided by the entire staff is commendable. Moreover, the property is beautiful, clean and one of the best I’ve been to so far. Also, special thanks to Sahil Sharma from Vyom at Devi Ratn and Farhan Zaid from the front desk, for making our stay more memorable and better than it already was. Your sweet gestures not only made our day, but they will always be with us and they will also be something to remember this stay and beautiful property by. Thank you so much.
