Hotel Nachana Haveli

I had reservation for this hotel, which i did 4 months before for deluxe room. But when I checked in the hotel they said we have already sold out for the day and given some twin bed room and said to adjust for the night. If we have already booked rooms 4 months before, then how can you say at the time of check in that we have already sold out... This is completely ridiculous behaviour from the manager. When asked for day refund since they have taken money for deluxe room they denied( which is obvious and i can't expect the mannered behaviour from this illiterate hotel managers). When asked around for this behaviour from hotel, heard that they have did this multiple times with multiple guests. So definitely not recommend this hotel for stay in jaisalmer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS. A note to hotel management, Hire some good managers, not some ***** jokers.

It was fantastic experience & stay. Ambiance are too good and staff are really cooperative and soft spoken. Food quality are very nice and testy.hotel is nearby fort evrything is well room service is good manager Newaidhya is excellent in conversation.

Britishers left but they had forgotten to take Mahindra Singh their guard. His attitude towards his own country men was so poor and towards foreigners was entirely different. If u guys don't want Indian tourist it should not be in the list of Indian hotels. His entire activities spoilt our mood and trip. All the rooms were empty but they paid no attention to shift our room from a storage room converted into a bedroom with no ventilation. We had actually paid a lot of price for the room. Mahindra singh the guard was impolite to my 6 yrs old child and my husband . We were a team of doctors and I request all the doctors of Jaiselmer to atleast make him realise that this is India and he should value his own people .. Guys ur royalty depends on the tourists ROYALTY.... Realise it soon

We are amazed to see the property, you can stay like kings and queens here during the stay. Excellent property in the heart of the town with luxury heritage rooms., With all new amenities also. Hospitality wise very excellent. Especially Mr. Newaidhya was so helpful and gave a warm welcome.

It's a small haveli belonging to the royal family of Jaisalmer located very close to - the Jaisalmer Fort, the Kothari-Patwon Ki Haveli as well as to Nathmal Ki Haveli. All three locations are less than 10 minutes walking distance from Nachana Haveli. The owner Mr. Vikram Singh was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite which had a very old style charm of it's own and was well maintained, neat and clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially their omelettes & 'poha.' As it is located in a market area be prepared for some 'noise' if your room is road facing, else request for a room on the inside, away from the road and noise. A comfortable stay at a very convenient location.
