great food for breakfast, have lots of variety from salad to yogurt dessert and lots of assor**ent for the sweet tooth. lots of different food from different places too. good room ambience, it’s easy to ask for help and thank you pak Jimmy for helping us!

Dear Artotel Suites MANGLULUHUR Jakarta, Myself and my Family stayed here for one night. The hotel is marketed as a four star however you expect a level of quality for a hotel at this level which in my opinion at the time we were there the hotel does not have. For me, the rooms are more of a standard. We got to our room following check - in, and the air conditioning was not working. In addition, there were dead insects on the windowsill and dust on the furniture as well as coffee stains on the table indicating the room had not been cleaned very well. We called several times on the phone to reception however received no answer, so we went down to reception and discussed the issue where they advised there was an issue with the AC (why they failed to tell us this when we checked - in I have no idea) and that it would not be fixed until the next day. They offered to move us to another room where they said the AC should be working but it's worse than when I stayed in the previous room, as a respectable hotel you should have ethics in talking to customers, otherwise it would be like this (and this is supposed to be a four star hotel). When we first checked into the hotel, as we were early I had to put our luggage in a store room by the reception as our room was not ready and I saw on the shelf a number of dental kits. When we came back to the hotel later that night I asked if there was one available and the receptionist told me they didn't have such a thing (???) - I thought at that point I had seen it all. So not only could this four star hotel not provide us with working AC or a TV, we were not worthy of a dental kit either. If there were any positives, the outside bar area was very nice and we enjoyed a drink there before going out, and also the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good. I doubt very much we will be returning. Best regards,

from the beginning, I was amazed by the staff because they were friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious, clean, and there was a smart tv and bathub, the breakfest had many choices and delicious, this is one of the best hotel in south jakarta

Nice hotel with good view, i can enjoy the city lights during the stay. Wonderful service from April to gave us the cake for my wedding anniversary. Memorable moments to celebrate our anniversary. All staff was helpful and the room spacious. Wow lobby when you enter this hotel. Beranda restaurant has various menu, taste so yum!

A lovely place to stay with your loved ones! Spacious room, great service, delicious breakfast. They also have a nice swimming pool. Strategic location as well and the view from our room is very beautiful. All in one place. Def will be back! Thank you artotel

One of the best quality of hospitality and service by the waiter, waitresses, manager in the world. Congratulations and keep up the good work. Thank you to Budiman, Jimmy, Sandra and Edward for keeping up a good team. Although there are minor things that still can be improve like wearing gloves when picking up the bread. Otherwise all good. Good service!!!

The Break Fast is a good experience and the foods are excellent. Jimmy is also a very attending waiter. The hotel is in the best location.

We dont expect such a great experience. We stay for 3D2N and we extend for more 1 night. The breakfast has many variations. The staff named Jimmy helping us a lot while we havin breakfast with our 2 babies. The facility also great. We have stayed here for couple of times. Surely we will come back again.
