Every thing was good about the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. I would certainly use the hotel again and I will recommend it to anyone travelling in that part of Europe

nice hotel not far away from Spa, rooms/bathrooms are small but ok. They have an indoor heated pool and a spa. The reception/bar staff is very efficient and nice. If visiting the circuit of Spa Francorchamps i would recommend tonstärke there.

It was a nice tranquil location that was closeby the event i was attending. Also it was very easy to find and accesible for someone who isnt familiair with the neigborhood.

Very relaxing one-night stay : Large bedroom with an amazing view on the green valley - We could enjoy the wellness space twice - the breakfast buffet was fully statisfying.

Spent one night in the hotel. What a mistake to book here! Hotel is worn-out, seems that room has not been refreshed for decades. Does not correspond to the pictures advertised. Feels like in being in the 90ies or before. One example: there was only one electricity socket in the room that was not even working. Complained at the reception. Answer: you are not the first to mention it. Breakfast service: no staff around. When looking for them as needed food that corresponds allergies, found both ladies in the backroom having their breakfast instead of being with guests. Spa service: dirty walls (moulds) around. Again, far from what you expect from a hotel that officially holds 4 stars. The owner should look around to see what 4stars mean. This is justs a rip-off as the price was still high, certainly if you consider what you get for your money. So in a nutshell, avoid this hotel if you look for a spa and 4star experience and look for another one that actually delivers on the promises.

Lovely hotel. Convienient parking. Long walk from centre. Breakfast was ok. Staff not so friendly. Lovely room.

No pool &no gym at that time while they didn,t say anything befor you getting there.

Absolutly amazing hotel with a kind, service minded and solution oriented staff. The rooms were all good and the breakfest buffet had everything you ever needed. Besides the hotel is located in beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much - we will strongly recommend this hotel! Best regards The danish family

Very average experience. It’s a “tired” hotel where you have this strange feeling that you’re there to help the staff and not the other way around. The service we experienced in the restaurant was just so unprofessional. Had booked a package including a dinner in the restaurant. Nevertheless we were met by an arrogant waiter stating that they were fully booked. All in all this is not the best choice of hotel when you visit Spa. We will not be back.
