I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, awarding it 4 stars. The overall experience was commendable, with well-maintained cleanliness and a welcoming ambiance. Hotel is near to railway station and all the places are nearby, rooms are clean, staff is supportive, breakfast is good. We always book this hotel for business trips, all the places like lakhota palace is near by.

Our stay at Svasti inn Jamnagar, was very comfortable. The furnishings and fittings in the room is very modern. The breakfast spread was tasty and elaborate. Overall had a great experience. Would definitely visit again. Given 4 stars as the TV recharge was delayed.

We had booked a Deluxe room in this hotel but when we checked in the room was quite spacious but the toilet seat had stains which were not cleaned properly, upon complaining the staff upgraded me to a suite room but as soon as we checked in that room it was surprising that toilet here was not even flushed, since we checked in late and it was 10.00 pm in the night we had to stay in the room after the cleanup was done. The sofa in the living room of the suite had dust around which proved that the room wasn’t occupied for long and the cleaning on the furnitures was done quite some time before. Breakfast was Ok. Location is quite in the centre. Staff was polite. Only in terms of cleanliness it’s a negative points from me

One of the best hotel and resort in jamnagar with a respective and lovable staff and delicious food. Whole the staff are supportive. Decoration and all the service provided by the hotel is very gratefull for us.

Service of this hotel is very good. I call at reception at midnight they fastly pick up call and provide my all things. I also book at 11 pm. After book I call at there and book done in only 5 min. Excellent hotel

Overall experience has been awesome and hospitality is just 10/10....Good Property at Jamnagar. Mayurbhai and Siddharth are very good in repo build up with customers. Even Room service staff are also having good courtesy
