The staff were helpful and did their best to address any concerns. Rooms size was decent and had all things one would need, Breakfast spread was great. There is a gamezone and a theatre attached to the hotel which is great , especially when you have kids, or want to pass time More could be done to address room cleanliness, and related issues before guests check in. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of night, so staff changed us to another room. Although this solved the problem, the whole change was one big inconvenience especially with a toddler. As it is located on the outskirts, there is no market, or shops outside the hotel, just a busy road. you need to commute 10-15 mins to get anywhere

The hotel staff is the most apathetic and laziest I have seen in 30 years of travelling. Never have I seen staff which leaves work to take pics with bikes or insists for an OCI card when the person is a foreign national. They just don’t understand or are unwilling to and we had to argue unnecessarily at check in for an hour. But wait the food is even more pathetic and best part is it is stale and maybe 5/6 days old and deep refrigerated which caused food poisoning to two of us and other two displayed symptoms. If we had time and not catch a flight I would have lodged a formal complaint with the district food officer. The breakfast dhokla was as admitted by the staff just one day old. On top of it some of them were extremely rude. Please avoid this hotel at all costs

I recently stayed at the Fern Residency, Jamnagar and had the pleasure of dinning at their White Sand Restaurant. The Gujarati thali was simply amazing. And i must say that Mangu Singh's service was top notch. The front office staff were warm welcome and GM Saurabh Bhardwaj ensured that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Overall Highly recommend The Fern Residency Jamnagar

Very poor service! When we were checking out, it took them almost 30 minutes, causing us to miss our function. There were no proper SOPs in place, and the entire process was unorganized. Very well located and clean hotel with spacious rooms and lots of daylight. The direct booking process is seamless . Staff is helpful. The location is ideal between the airport and railway station. The in room dining makes changes as required. The amenities include gym, rooftop restaurant, and shopping next door

Got rooms allocated in the first floor, decent size, okay housekeeping in the room, but atrociously unclean bathroom, dirty commode, dusty and stained glasses and toiletry stand, musty towels, no hot water, the list goes on ..... Checked in an hour ago, it's post 10pm and still awaiting resolution and cleaning to be completed ..... Very Very Disappointing!!
