Location is good. Swimming pool is not at all maintained well . Restaurant staffs are very good but other staffs are not at all well trained.

We booked this hotel 4th time just beacause of the services , Food quality everything is smooth here. Just felt like home. Its the best hotel in jamshedpur.Will definitely recommend. U can enjoy the swimming area also , close to market areas as well. Thanks a lot Ramada team special thanks to Neha, Baljeet ,sanjay & all team members. We celebrated our father 75th birthday here & the team also treated like this is their own event .once again thank u Ramada team

This is one of the most pathetic hotels I have ever stayed. They boast themself of a Four Star hotel but this is not even 1 star. We are currently staying in twin bed room and unfortunately booked for 3 days with advance payment in MakemyTrip. We spent 4-5 hours after check in in sorting out the Wi-fi connection and TV Connection. Further they have so strange restrictions never seen in any 3 Star+ hotels before. You are allowed only 2 small water bottles per person in the room. If you ask more you will be charged. Further the attitude of housekeeping staff is so rude treating customers like do whatever you want. Also they dont offer regular RO water. You are allowed only to connect 3 devices and even when you have two guests in one room. Again I dont understand these restrictions in star hotels. It was a corporate booking through makemytrip and I recommend all corporate travellers to avoid this hotel in Jamshedpur.

The service and the food provided by Hotel Ramada Jamshedpur was amazing. We had hosted a 2-day programme. Serving around 300 guests with best quality and taste food and hotel rooms. Anup ji f&b director had coordinated with us and handeled all our bookings and curated especially menu for all our functions. Chef Elyas also outperformed.

It was a good stay at the hotel, the food and the ambiens as well as the rooms i have a good stay and thank you.
