The hotel is very attractive and beautiful , It has clean rooms,nice spy and many others attractive to relax and feel confortable, I love it.

如果你是奔着住喜來登，會令你太失所望，1400多1晚，住附樓，大門口3層類似我們國內員工宿舍樓，主樓不能入住，如果入住還需要補1千多房費，房間空間陝小，洗手間不夠0.8平方，房間沒有通風

房間乾淨，風景優美宜人，11樓的自助餐廳和早餐豐富多樣，口味特點，裏面的服務員真的好好啊，司機也很熱情

Rubbish ，目前為止，住到最垃圾的喜來登，前台的工作人員根本就不是服務，態度簡直就是讓人氣憤😡😡😡，入住安排了對着垃圾桶的房間，説是攜程就是這樣的房間，我不接受，我願意加錢升房間，當天來不及，説好第二天給我換房間，結果第二天去找根本當沒事人一樣，説要等經理會給我打電話，結果到了晚上也沒人給我任何消息，又去前台，説打不通我電話，無語，我就算了已經過了2晚，知道****有時會停掉房卡，特意問了這個房卡能用嗎，他非常蔑視表示當然能用，結果我連電梯都進不去，又回去找他，結果到了前台他跟我説是因為我把卡跟手機放在一起了，我也算了，我也信了，結果當我出了房間拿了另一張卡，結果又失效了，真的😑無語，到了退房，我要一張清單，不是發票，告訴我等會，等了5分鐘我問什麼時候好，結果又一臉嫌棄跟我説，沒有，你可以在APP上下載，我～～～真的是～～～

Very yummy foods very good karaoke set up.Very accomodating staff especially Maria Jake and Roel they are so kind and they made our party memorable..Highly recommended Hotel for Kabayan Sheraton Night. Location is fit to stay with.85 DR is really affordable price and delicious food

We had some problems in the beginning but the manager came and he was very kind and solved it all and even compensated us for the trouble. Very good hotel, amazing view and I recommend to be part of the Marriot club (Bonvoy) so then you can have special treats.

Overall a great stay here for 21 nights. One minor criticism is check in , when I arrived I was not told about what the club lounge offered. Only after day 3 did I realise there was a great buffet on offer daily for free between 6 and 8 in the evening. Staff were great and I enjoyed my stay after the initial check in . Location is perfect. There coffee no so much so but there are a couple of coffee shops outside 2 mins walk . I’d stay again

Room is good and clean,Sheraton is the best place to stay with with a good smile and excellent job of Ms.Maria in the Feast with a good smile and professional service.Thanks to Ms. Maris for looking after my protein shake.Option of breakfast is fantastic and well cleaned.All over the hotel is very good and amazing staff service and food.
