The large man at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Threatened to call the cops on me because he was being extremely rude to me and I snapped back at him. The room was dirty. The microwave didn't work. Towels and bedding was stained and there was 2 nasty bars of used soap in the shower. Also there was dog feces on the balcony and trash everywhere out there. And there was just an all over filth over every thing. I cleaned an area of the left side of the toilet paper holder just to show how nasty it was. DISGUSTING🤢 And the rude "man" at the front desk.. Won't ever be back.

Overall not a horrible experience. I booked online through a 3rd party, she was able to accommodate my balcony request as must of selected a different room when I purchased. The room itself looked fresh and cleaned. My only suggestion would be a better to clean the carpets and upgrade some for the complimentary breakfast. I would stay again for the price it was worth it!

The listing makes it look like a hotel,it was not. This was a 4 story motel sitting in the middle of 3 major highways. We were put on the 3rd floor, broken ice machin and a tv remote that did not work. When i called the main office they had no one to get is a new remote, but he did say tje ice machine on one works. The noise from the highway was constant all night long. The only good tjing was they had a very comfortable bed. Be fore warned, very noisy but right off the highway

The property was clean, inexpensive, and in good shape. The only negative was the icy parking lot. It needed a snowplow and salt.

The man at the front desk had a terrible attitude and was not helpful at all. He and my daughter had words and she did swear at him which I agree was not necessary. However he canceled my reservation without discussing with me. He was very rude!!!!

Toilet leaked and there was legit blood on the mattress. Got there around 2am and the person who checked us in was just playing on his phone. 0/10

I got what you pay for. The refrigerator didn’t work and not all the channels worked. But it was clean the water in the shower was hot!! The air conditioner worked ok. But the noise from the street is not for a light sleeper.

This property should be torn down and rebuilt. Rooms were terrible. Stairs going to upper levels are unsafe. Breakfast choices were terrible. Would never stay at this hotel again.
