Staff in all areas of the business very good. Waiters at the restaurant very welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. The king of the waiters and master of deserts was without a doubt, Mario. Excellent service, always with a smile and like the rest of his colleagues, very welcoming.

We loved the closeness of the hotel to the track of Jerez de la Frontera. Room furniture was a bit old but the room itself was very big and comfortable. Big bathroom.

Good hotel near the Jerez circuit and about 10min drive from the city. A bit old fashioned, but it has everything you may need if you are doing something nearby. It has free parking and a nice swimming pool.

If you are visiting/competing at the adjacent motorcycle racetrack, this is very convenient. When a race is on, it is a constant noise of motorbikes that you can hear from the pool, lobby, and room. If you're not into bikes, this ruins this hotel/location. Pool is inconveniently across an access road to the hotel - you have to walk through the lobby to get there. In early June, the bar area near the pool was locked up, so there is no option to get a drink. This hotel is remote - it cost 30 EUR to get a taxi to the airport, and there are no buses. There is only one eating option - the attached restaurant is overpriced and the food is very poor quality indeed. Unfortunately our room was also a disappointment - it was very clinical and smelled of bleach. I saw photos of other rooms online, but the "bungalows" in the basement were completely bland and characterless.

Very Spanish hotel next to Jerez circuit. Bit remote so a car is essential. We unfortunately had a room above the kitchen so was noisy and bin men early in morning. Bar prices a bit high and restaurant. Would stay again.

Out of town with delightful views over La Cueva Park to front of hotel. Remarkable breakfast with plenty of choice of cut fresh fruit, uncut fresh fruit, breads, pastries, hot and cold fare, teas and coffees cured meats and cheeses, and above all, a carve yourself ham ! At dinner, a huge menu with regional options, including roast suckling pig and pork cheeks in their own juices. Excellent waiter assisted us with excellent very reasonable wine choice to go with pork cheeks. Ever back this way we will have no hesitation in stopping for another couple of nights.

Lovely hotel, the room (322) was great with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. Friendly staff and some nice tapas in the bar. Great stop for one night, will definitely stay again. Didn't get to try the restaurant. Thourghly relaxing stay after a long drive and close enough to the motorway.

It was very nice. Staff was friendly. Extremely clean. They have a really good well recognized restaurant. A little bit pricey for the Andalusia region. Wifi signal could be better.

My room was warm . It can be cold and they provide no heating
