部屋はとても快適で、特に温度が最高です😄 フロントの女性はとても熱心に荷物を運んでくれたり、設備の紹介をしてくれます。地下にはレストランとスーパーマーケットがあり、主にスキー用品とウェアのレンタルオフィスがあります。ボスは非常にプロフェッショナルで、スキーホテルが必要な場合はワンストップですべてを処理できます。ボスはコーチにも連絡してくれるので、とても便利です. スキー場との往復シャトルバスもございます。 唯一の欠点は、お風呂の水量が少ないことですが、水圧の問題であれば、ブースターポンプを設置するか、ブースターシャワーヘッドを交換すればよいでしょうか？

宿泊体験はとても素晴らしいです！ボスのブラザー・ジエはとても親切で、毎日ホテルでのゲストのさまざまな問題を調整してくれます。ホテルの他のスタッフもとても親切で、どんな問題でも解決してくれます。スキー場への往復には 2 台のテスラがあり、オフピーク期間中は常にリゾート内で待機しています。スライドインとスライドアウトに相当します。ホテルには独自のスキー用具レンタルがあり、バスのワンストップ サービスを手配してスキー チケットを購入するだけで完了です。大晦日には特別にお客様のために手作り餃子を作りました！家族 3 人で行きましたが、素晴らしい経験ができました。小さな友達もとても気に入ったので、来年もまた来ます。

部屋は清潔で衛生的で、朝食はとても豊富です。基本的にスキーをするのに十分なエネルギーです。中華と西洋のものを組み合わせたもの、コーヒー、黒パンのサラダ、野菜のお粥、蒸しパンと餃子🥟。最も重要なことは、このホテルの上司と従業員はとても気配りがあり、執事のようにリクエストに応えてくれます👍

松花湖でスキーをするのは初めてで、ニューストーリーホテルに宿泊するのも初めてです。スキー場からは少し離れていますが、サービスはとても良いです。ボスはとても熱心に友達のように話しかけてくれて、要望も随時聞きますので、ここに泊まることをお勧めします。地下にはフィットネス機器もあります。スキー後に体力が残っている方は、エネルギーを発散できます（洗濯かごが置けるとより良いです）部屋で）

We booked two rooms in our recent trip to songhuahu. Comfortable sleep, room is big. Toilet shower comes with heater, stable water supply even with so many room guests occupying the hotel. It was full house that day. Book the room early to get cheaper rate. They provide free shuttle to ski entrance. You can rent snow gears and hire a coach at hotel after you have checked in room. Their in house bbq restaurant also nice and convenient, since it is is just located within hotel. It was winter when we visited, so sometime you want to make sure you get warm and walking outside is too cold for us. So having a meal within hotel is a wise and nice option. Also comes with a 30% discount if you are hotel guests. Make sure you also have ******* app ready. The boss is a super nice guy. Have been following his xhs months before we visit songhuahu. So I kinda know how to plan activities when we were there. This year he introduced us to go for ice fishing. Free 2way transport to the place and back hotel. It was indeed a superb experience for us from Sg to fish on ice.

Great hotel owner and staff. Free shuttle car to ski hall. Ski shop on premises. Excellent BBQ restaurant too.

I’ve been here before and wanted to come back because everything is very convenient, staff is friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere is positive. I brought all my snowboard gear with me but if you don’t have anything no problem the hotel got you covered. From snowboard or ski to boots, helmet or clothing it’s all there in-house. The gym is small but offers most one night need, dumbbells from light to 20+kg and much more. New this year is the huge hot bathtub or poor. I used its few times which was absolutely relaxing after a long day snowboarding in the cold. Shuttle service to the slope is smooth too. I’ll come back again.

The hotel itself is outstanding. We stayed in a spacious suite with a private balcony offering beautiful views. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The range of facilities is superb, catering to every need. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the relaxing hot spring, while the on-site restaurants served delicious meals. For families, it’s a perfect choice. The children’s play room and arcade were a huge hit. As for winter sports, the hotel provides excellent rental equipment for skiing and snowboarding. What truly impressed me was the team of coaches—they are highly professional, yet incredibly friendly and patient, ensuring everyone had a great time on the slopes. In short, I cannot recommend the New Story Hotel highly enough. It’s the complete package: wonderful people, fantastic amenities, and a warm, family-like atmosphere. I simply can’t wait to return!

Appreciate the staff's hospitality and friendliness. Even though I can understand very little Chinese, they are all willing to give me the best service using translation app. They helped me deal with all the hassles very well. I'm very much impressed! Most of the services can be reserved via Wechat with a prompt response. The airport pick up service is superb, like a VIP. The driver waited for me at the meeting point with the well-recognized sign of my name. I only reserve for regular car at 280 Yuan The room is great, spacious for two people, heated floor, comfortable beds. They offer many services, such as free zen massage, body measurements. However, I went for skiing and explore the slope, so I didn't use many facilities in the hotel.
