ハードマン プライア ホテル(Hardman Praia Hotel)

Hotel muito bom. Super bem localizado, estrutura muito boa. O wifi as vezes oscilava mas deu pra usar. O banheiro da recepção estava sujo quando fui usar. O café da manhã é excelente. Sem dúvidas foi um dos melhores hotéis que já fui.

Beautiful ocean view, close to malls and restaurants etc. cleanliness can be improved as well as have more prepared multilingual staff. limited amenities.

This hotel is open about 20 years and is located in the Manaira section of Joao Pessoa, right in front of the ocean. The receptionist told me they have about 90 rooms (according to TripAdvisor, the hotel has 136), but only 4 rooms are oceanfront (they charge a little more for these rooms, but I think it was worth it). The lobby is very attractive and was decorated for the Christmas holidays. There is a ground-level pool at the entrance as well as a cute bar. They also have indoor parking available for a nominal fee. Our room was huge—when I booked it, I didn’t realize it was a suite, with a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed. It also had a living room area as well as a veranda which looks directly at the ocean. The hotel’s employees are very friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast is included and was very good. The restaurant is clean and attractive as well. The hotel is well-located in a nice neighborhood near shopping and other amenities. In all, I’d recommend this hotel and I’ll probably stay here again. My only complaint is that this large room only had one towel (we had to ask the chambermaid for another one and she seemed perturbed by this outrageous request).

A great spot, first of all. It is very well located, near restaurants, shopping malls, great stores and the beach is just across the street. Staff is very polite, smiley and dedicated. Rooms are spacious and and bed is pretty comfortable. The issues: a) there is no blanket to counterbalance the air-conditioned. So, during the night it gets cold (for real!). b) the bathroom is quite bad, mostly the bath area, which is very tight, there is a column messing up with your bath experience and you have to collect dirty hygienic paper in a basket by the toilet (you can't through it in the toilet itself) which leaves a bad odor in the whole bathroom. c) even though you are in a paradisiac spot, sometimes you need to do some work and there were no desks to sit at and do some work stuff. d) snooker table is as horrible as it gets. For f...'s sake, it is disrespectful for the guest to even allow it to be there. The playable surface is irregular, balls have different sizes (?!), no numbers on it, no chalks, the space is so tight it doesn't allow you to fairly hit the ball. e) drinking options at the bar by the pool (which is small and gets kinda dirty in the end of the day) are scarce. f) food is just fair (including, the watermelon was spoiled on the last day of my stay...). I would like to positively mention the cordiality and efficiency of the gentleman that parks the car. Congratulations for him!

The hotel is falling apart i had major issues with my room including bathroom lighting smell etc they took care of everything but it seems like they do not maintain anything i also had an issue with an employee by the name of chagas who refused to confirm an airport transfer claiming that he had no authority to do that seriously it is a liability to have this property in your menu it was a major dissappointment

O hotel é bom, café da manhã farto e bem organizado, serviço de limpeza adequado e funcionários educados. Mas os quartos standard são muito velhos, cheiro de mofo, rejuntes dos banheiro com lodo, cadeira mofada, e uma vista horrível da janela.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, tudo muito bem limpo e as refeições sem palavras muito bom Café da manhã com muita opção tudo muito bem feito os pães sao excelentes muitas variedades, restaurante com pratos muito saborosos Um lugar que indico e volto numa próxima oportunidade

Hotel nota 10 , excelente localização , atendimento dos funcionários muito bom , sempre prestativos ,café bem servido e variado, acomodações excelente ,arrumação do quarto muito boa ,fácil acesso as praias e passeios, próximo da farmácias, restaurante ,será bem recomendado !
