The free shuttle to Mandela Square to and Rosebank Mall is really good. Service is good. Room is clean. Coffee was good too.

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.

房間很小，床90cm吧，轉個身很容易摔下床。在南非基本所有酒店都沒有拖鞋洗漱用品，需要自己帶。 早餐很貴，但是很一般。 最開始的時候我覺得酒店還行，不會太滿意但是也不會到抱怨的地步，但是最後一晚的時候我是非常不滿意的！凌晨1點多到5點期間廁所非常臭，味道薰到房間一直都沒有散，我試過多沖幾次廁所都無濟於事，搞到我一整晚都沒睡。早上電話投訴了後説經理來，也沒來，這個體感非常非常不好！！！！

Llegamos muy tarde en la nochen para el check-in , al momento del check out solicitamos unos 30 minutos extra y nos fue negado, tuvimos que salir prácticamente corriendo del hotel, gracias a esto nos cambiamos al Marriot con una insuperable atención y para ese día era hasta más económico, gracias por lanzarnos a un mejor hotel.

Clean hotel with polite staff. Small issue: more varieties on buffet. Amenities in room are limited. Reception staff should be more motivated. Corridors should be cleaned regularly. Special thanks to Simanga during breakfast. Location of the hotel is nice .

My night stay at Radisson RED hotel was a memorable experience. The Breakfast was too much for me such that I did not eat lunch where I went for the function. I didn't know about the gymnasium facility I came to about it later.

Honestly, the rooms were a let down. The 3pm check in doesn't work. You'll still be required to wait. The towels are old in the rooms. The amenities are outdated.

I spent 2 nights at Radisson RED Johannesburg. The hotel is safe. The staff are responsive and efficient. I appreciated the bottled water in my room and the additional security in the lifts, especially as a female occupant.

We had the most amazing stay here at the Radisson red. We were getting married in a nearby venue and had to organise bringing almost 30 guests with us from Australia, and another 10 guests who live in South Africa. Thank you so much to all the staff here at the Radisson for making this feel like an easy task and for ensuring our wedding day was so stress free and organising all the shuttles for us and our guests. The location of the hotel was great being close to Rosebank mall so our friends and family were able to get there easily and entertain themselves whilst we were busy doing wedding prep. The rooms were just beautiful and so comfortable, the roof top bar was great fun with a great view and the breakfast buffet was great (thank you for letting us host a breakfast the morning after the wedding with 55 guests) the loveliest staff, a special mention to Chantelle at the front desk for being so helpful with all of our requests and also to Lucia and the team involved for being so excited and proud to decorate our room the night of the wedding for us , that was the loveliest surprise to come back to! The fruit platter and champagne was also the loveliest touch.
