Service was good. Although we did have to ask for a second set of towels bc there was only 1 set in the room. The free breakfast was all right, but didn't offer milk substitute.

The smells in the hallway, elevator, and room were very strong (all different). Though they say they had WiFi, it didn’t work. The front desk said it was my laptop that was having issues, but it didn’t work on any of our devices.

Ceiling fan fell the first night and was hanging by the wires when i woke up they didnt even replace it just cheaply fixed it

The customer service on Saturday was horrible. Asked to speak to the manager because pool was open and then sign was back up and she told me too bad that I would have to wait till Sunday.

Rude not helpful and did not comply with my request and the pool was down the 3 days i was there

The price of my room through *******, location to everything I came here to take care of..lots of restaurants nd gas stations..and highway is literally right here!

Location: great, right next to freeway exit/entrance. However, the actual entrance to the hotel is somehow hidden. You have to take the Wendy's entrance to drive all the way to the back of the area until you see a driveway to the hotel. Check-in: nice rep, easy, and fast. He said breakfast time is 6-9am. Room: dark. darker than standard hotel room. The AC/heater is loud. Breakfast: not-fresh boiled eggs in the empty fridge. sausage soup. cereal, milk, coffee. bagels that you can toast. that is all. probably because we checked out a little passed 6am so the staff was unable to prepare everything on time. I asked the girl about the missing regular breakfast items that we usually see at other similar hotels, she was kind a like upset lol. there was an empty container next to the sausage soup, which I thought there should be a scrambled eggs there. she said, no, that container is should be empty. so we just deal with what we had and checked out..

We stay there every year for Christmas with family. Seems to have gone down last few visits. May look elsewhere next year.
