Hotel stay was good. Room was good as this is not the first time i stay there. Previously was directly under shama booking.
This round book under trip. Did not get any email from 3rd partty on his how to access to my room and the number provided by trip was wrong too. I was being scold by the person too.
I think trip will owe an explanation on this on what happening regarding the wrong number given as well as booking from trip how come Agoda have the details.
I have taken screenshot on trip and the number provided was wrong the other number cannot get through.(Refer to the photo for sceenshoot)
